Bad Customer service from the manager of CiCi's Pizza. Unethical, demeaning, horrible customer service skills. I pretty much felt like I was scum based on how I was treated.

I don't know about all that but I do know that they recently discontinued most of their salad bar and also discontinued their cheese bread. It doesn't get more stupid than that.
