When I try to login via my Gmail account, it just says something went wrong and to refresh the app. it’s now stuck in the loop and is unusable.

Charged your card but store doesn’t get the payment. Curbside I’m here button doesn’t work. Never had issues with the old app and this one is garbage

Love Zupas so this new app is a MASSIVE upgrade from what they had before! It was so easy to customize my order using the app. The new loyalty feature is a great addition.

this is probably the best food app on the market currently! everything is so conveniently places and ordering is a breeze, i really enjoy being able to save my favorite items for an easier checkout, and how simple it is to modify items:) 10/10

I love this app! It makes ordering delicious, healthy food at an affordable price! I always order right before I leave to pick it up and it’s always ready! Customizations are easy and accurate! Pro tip, if you haven’t tried the chipotle salad, ITS A MUST!

The app is definitely came with glitches. It will send you an email to reset your password and even if you follow the steps by having 1 capital, 1 special character, and a number it will not allow you to reset your password with any credentials. Little mistakes like these make you not want to use the app.

I downloaded you app while at the Craig Road location in Las Vegas. Every time I tried to register it would get stuck in a blank white screen. When I mentioned it to the cashier, they could really care less I was having issues with it. Love your food but, your app and in-store customer service needs a lot of work!

It'd be nice if the app worked. Upon opening, I immediately get a "something went wrong" error. When attempting to create an account, it requires that I choose a favorite location, but the drop down menu says "no data found". How am I supposed to continue? Can't create an account, can't use the app. Useless and worthless.

The app is not accepting any of the passwords I try to use while simultaneously not telling me what characters I should be excluding. Also these are extremely common characters like the @ symbol, parenthesis ( ), hyphen - , or an asterisk that your developers arbitrarily decided people don’t use. It’s 2023, why are these characters not available for use? I absolutely HATE having to change my password routine for hack developers. I won’t use the app or your crappy rewards until you fix it. It’s inconvenient enough that I have rather lost my appetite for soup today or for the next few weeks.

I first downloaded the app and met the log-in screen. I decided to log in using Google. It didn’t even take me to the SSO login, it just says “Something went wrong” and prompts me to refresh the app, only to have the same error read to me again. I hate that Cafe Zupas has 3 separate apps, it’s so unnecessary and ridiculous and a waste of my data storage. Now not even the new loyalty app works properly. The developer team or media managers for Cafe Zupas need to get their crap together! Your user interface/UX needs to be SEAMLESS in order for this to work well in the long term… 3 apps is not seamless at all. Super annoying.

I went to store 0158 Centennial and and ordered a 1/2 strawberry harvest salad swap pistachios for candied nuts and add avocado which I was charged a $1.99 for.

When I was checking out, I asked if there was any avocado on the salad and the girl said it doesn't look like it. She then brought me maybe an ounce of avocado.

I could buy two avocadoes for that much. Pictures included. Not only that they put the candied nuts which I am allergic to instead of the pistachios. I ended up having to throw the whole salad in the trash. I am also attaching the amount of "strawberries" in the strawberry salad as well as the other ingredients. Honestly, this really has me upset. I have had numerous issues with this store and had stopped going, but thought I would give it another try. I honestly don't know how they are still in business.

Sign in with Apple ID crashes the app. Can’t get past the login screen.
