The judge has not decided whether the complaint may go forth. However, Ashland filed a Motion using the caption of the first complaint that was dismissed. They then made an argument in their motion and made it appear that we were "at issue" using terminology and issue arguments. These documents have become part of the public record and are then filed within the docket system as if an order was issued by the judge. This is a formal docket but however, it informally supports the lawyers by the personnel working within the system. The judge has not issued an order regarding Harris's amended complaint but the docket makes it appear as if the complaint was allowed to go forth and Harris has answered. This is part of the informal system at work. It is a method used to confuse pro se litigants by personnel within the filing system of chancery.
