I have been trying to get a dead phone line repaired for the last 5 days. I have been calling at least 3 times a day and all I get is a run around. I have even spoken to 2 supervisors explaining that we are a doctor's office with life and death situations. Something needs to done with the horrific service AT&T is providing. Every time I make a phone call, their main concern is to try to sell me contracts to their products!

Yes their service is horrible. I called to have one of my phone jacks repaired. The repair guy doesn't show up during the scheduled time window, so I called to check if they were going to show up. The customer rep says the repair tech is en-route and on his way... 3 hours later after the scheduled appointment time, nobody shows up and no courtesy call either. I called to reschedule for another day, the same issue. I do not have time to sit around for no shows!!!

the internet doesnt work when the telephone line is in. we called several of times, but it keeps happening. at times, the telephone wouldnt even bother to ring. and the internet modem, would show up a redlight. filter doesnt work either. internet doesnt work. home phone doesnt work.
annnd this is in TX. dsl internet super slow. dsl is just like a dail up internet .
