I have incurred a lot of problems by the frequent mistakes of AIRTEL

ultimate looser is my self

Three months back they have deducted Rs 20/- for the activation of

but they have not activated actually we have struggled and talked with the

customer care centre in 121 only our efforts have wasted no fruitful result

Last week i have been deducted Rs 30 for the hello tunes though I have not

asked the authorities to give such fecility .I t has been came to my notice when they deducted that amount from my subsequent top up four days back

Topup amount RS 50 TALK TIME ALLOWED RS 43/- From this amount

RS 30 has been deducted.

Today we have made a complaint in 198 that we have not made requisition to give

hello tunes, the customer care centre of AIRTEL has registered my complaint

and told immediately my complaint will be settled, With in a second the hello tune

was disconnected

To day evening we called customer care to adjust excessly deducted amount

there one MR SRIDHAR TOLD

There is no provision to adjust the amount excessively deducted

Please we are the last and middle income consumers Rs 30/- is a considerable amount to us .

Please oblige me to get justice to this consumer and please punish to the attracities of

such gigantic business corporate authorities for their unncessary and unwanted seizures of our hard earned money

dear sir,
my name is govind gourav mishra.my number is 9981234504.airtel take away my 250 rupee in 6 months at the name of value pack but i didnot suscribe any pack.one time my 20 rupee are cut from my balance without any reason and return me by trying at least 3o times.I call to 121 and say my complain but no one listen my complain carefully at last one of costumer care executive miss/mrs.Monica solve my problem.But this time no one solve my problem.If airtel company is honest please return my balance because balance trees ke upar nahi ugta hai.
