I have subscriber to your service one month back and my outgoing calls are bared due to exceed in my credit limit. As per my information my credit limit is 1000 and my usage was approx. 500 Rs. Without any previous information my outgoing calls are bared. When I have called the Call center four time and I have got junk answers from your executives.

When I have asked why my outgoings are bared without informing me I have got the answer twice we have made a call and twice I have got the answer that there was no calls made.

I have got the same answer when I have visited your Airel brand in Sahar mall. and they told me its our mistake and there was no calls made to inform you.

Since my credit limit is 1000 and my usage is 500 why the outgoing calls are bared without informing. Why there was no call/SMS from you to inform me about this.

I have asked the Airtel office sahar mall peoples to provide me the complaint number they told me that you will get the SMS with the complaint number, but unfortunately I have not received and details.

I have been using the airtel prepaid service but such a big company having useless customer care I cant imagine. such a bad service i never had from other service provider. Without any notice they barred my number. How can they do this? Very poor service!

I would like to attract the attention of all the associated authorities regarding the atrocities of airtel. I m a surgeon and using airtel for one and a half years. For the last ten days they have deactivated my no. (outgoing calls barred ) without any reason. For this reason many of my patients are suffering. I have completed all the formalities still there is no response from any of the company's representatives. I have made several complaints without any fruitful results. I dont know that why company do not feel shame.

I am an airtel customer for the last about 3.5 years. my customer care services have been barred about 2 years ago without any reasons. I have tried several times to get it restored but till today it has not been enabled. This is a valuable consumer right and its denial without any reason is a serious thing.

Sub: Outgoing service is not working

I have complaint at customer care 3-4 times but every time he/she replay your mobile phone configuration is correct. Even they stopped customer care services of my mobile.

I had also gone at Airtel gallery, he replied there is some system error but he was not able to solve problem. After a day they cut about 90 rupees from my balance for some service (like hello tune of Airtel) that is not requested by me.

I have a cooperate airtel connection for last six months , none of my bill payments are late . Mine Bill used to be above 1300 Rs. But on 3rd may 07, Airtel has stopped my outgoing calls / sms, as per airtel my credit limit is exceed to 1200 Rs . Airtel Costumer Exect has told me that she activate the outgoing with in 4 hours , but after waiting for more than 48 hrs . No outgoings services has activated yet.

Under this condition, Airtel left no option in front of me to leave this connection and to switch for any other services.

I m from chandigarh. My mobile number is 9815864132. I m facing problem from last 10 days but not got solution yet. I have bought Airtel prepaid connection in current month but after 7 days Airtel has stopped my outgoing facility. According to them mine Id's proofs are not submitted properly. I have filled up form(id's proof) 3 times in Airtel office chandigarh, sec-8 c, madya marg. But According to them my id proofs has submitted but event that i not got outgoing facility on my phone. They are not taking any initiative. Very poor service...

Dear Sir,
1. In reference to above, it is to apprise you that I did not receive bill for the month of April and have registered a complaint to this effect with your customer care. Vide above Ref. Nos.
2. On 26.05.07, all my outgoing calls over my cell phone were barred and made me helpless in terms of communication, that too without any fault of mine.
3. Till date I have not received duplicate copy of above mentioned bill despite registering complaint twice.
4. Also, I would mention here that same thing happened earlier for the month of Feb-07 and after intimating you regarding the complaint you had lifted restrictions on my calls and you also submitted your apologies vide your letter dated 04-Aprl.07. This time I feel much insulted by you for repeating same thing by barring my outgoing calls without any fault of mine.
5. In this connection, I would like to mention here that I would not take this repeated insult any more and would take shelter in proper court of law to uphold my honour.
6. By barring my outgoing calls, I have suffered enormous mental harassment as well as financial loss in my business.
7. I would request you that regarding this please intimate my fault for which I am being harassed repeatedly. Shortly you will be receiving formal notice regarding the same from my lawyer. Since I am being harassed repeatedly, I would take this case to its logical end. Sad part of whole episode is that, I would be going against a repute company like AIRTEL.

Your early intimation regarding my fault will save me from further mental agony.

I am a staff of MTNL having dolphin connections.

As per your offer I have taken new Airtel Prepaid connection on 12 Aug 2007. My Tel No is 9975005746.
Neither Dealer informed me regarding the deduction of amount as rental charges nor taken prior permission from me to deduct the amount form my account. Till so far you have deducted Rs20/- and Rs 30/- on various dates without asking me.

Subsequently I have contacted and given a complaint at your Gallery at Vasai Road. But till so far I have not received any proper reply from them. If they were told me prior I would not have taken such connection.
The charges hiding from the customer is an offense and can be treated as cheating to customer. Hence you are requested that please make an arrangement to refund the amount at the earliest.

Airtel has the most useless customer care.Iam regretting purchasing Airtel sim card.They have barred my outgoing calls for the last 20 days and all requests to customer care are falling on deaf ears.

Dear CCE,

Myself is Amit Kapila working as Agency Manager in Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Mohali. I bought new airtel (Postpaid) corporate connection (09779091702) through Bharti Axa on 10th of July, 2008. I submitted my two proofs. My Driving License copy as a ID Proof and as my address proof i have submitted in written on my Company's Letter Head as per instructions given by your corporate dealer in Chandigarh i.e. Strategic Marketing Co. Ltd., Sector - 17, Chandigarh. On my License, there was our old address and verification executive gone to our that old address as i already told them that the address i have given on my company's letter head that is our present & permanent address. On 13th of july, outgoing barred on my number, then i called up Customer Care Executive & Dealer (SMPL) for then they told me that i have to submit documents again. On 16th i have submitted my same two documents to executive of SMPL (Mr. Bhuvesh & Mr. Laxman) as per instructions by them. They told me that your number (09779091702) will in service again till 12PM (Midninght of 16th July). My number got service again on 17th of July. Now, after five days again i am facing same problem. My outgoing again barred on 22nd July. Kindly confirm from your dealer that why they are harassing me and making scene again and again.

I already have 3 more connections of Airtel at my home 2 postpaid & 1 Prepaid. But till date we never face any problem. But now, we are facing very much problem due to mistake of Airtel Dealer.

If this number (09779091702) will not get any service again then i will not pay any single peny or any outstanding payment against this number (09779091702) as i have already escalted this number (09779091702) in my corporate circle & Friend Circle.
You can better understand how much problem i am facing.

Kindly arrange to confirm from dealer or please activate outgoing call facility on this number (09779091702) at the earliest possible.
