If you wake up one morning to see that you unknowingly made a 15.5 hour phone call, you can get back 70% of your minutes if you talk to at least four of their phone Reps and two of their Supervisors for a cumulative five hours. Remember to keep a copy of all three interaction numbers, the case numbers and the names of all the people you talk to.
