I gotta say, this website has some top-notch customer service! They helped me out via email and gave me a refund for one of the dresses I had ordered. They really went the extra mile to make everything right. Honestly, it's nice to know that there are still companies out there that care about their customers.

Admittedly, we did have a bit of a problem with the sizing. We had put in custom measurements, but the dress just didn't fit at all. I mean, we tried everything and it was just too dang small. I was really worried that we were going to be stuck with a dress that we couldn't even wear. But, like I said, the customer service was amazing and they made it right.

Sure, maybe they could have been a bit more helpful in the first place. It would have been great if they could have given us some advice on what might have gone wrong with the sizing. But honestly, as long as they're willing to help us out in the end, that's all that really matters.

Overall, I think the dresses on this site are made pretty well. They feel nice and are well-lined. If we could just get the sizing right, everything would be perfect. But honestly, with this kind of customer service, I'm happy to give them another shot.

So, I bought a dress from ColorsBridesmaid.com on March 28, 2019. I had to hurry it up because I wanted to wear it on Palm Sunday that was on April 14, 2019. They told me my dress would arrive on April 10th and I was counting on it. But when the day came nothing happened. I waited and waited, but the week after I finally received it. It was so annoying because I had to make other arrangements by the time it arrived. And when I opened the box, I couldn't believe it. The dress looked nothing like the picture. It was a completely different color, not even close. And the fabric was terrible. Just not what they had on the website.

When I realized that there was something wrong with the dress, I started to email them for my refund. But I have been waiting for so long. I'm still waiting now as we speak. I hate to say this, but it seems that they are just playing games with me. They always have some excuse or the other to tell me. At first, they told me to go through PayPal, but I didn't use PayPal for the transaction. That was just silly. Then they told me to keep the dress and they would refund $78.00, which is just unfair because I paid $99.00 for the dress plus expedited shipping fee of $17.00. My total spending for that order was $116.00, but I only got $78.00 as a refund.

Honestly, I would not recommend this website to anyone. You will just get cheated out of your money. They are scammers, as far as I'm concerned. So, save your time and your money. Look for better websites where you can actually get what you paid for. Don't trust their claims and promises. You will just end up disappointed like me.

They suggested to opt for custom sizing option, so each one of my friends measured themselves by following their chart. And after, the purchase, they got another email for more measurements, a bit annoying. And yet, despite all the measurements, these dresses did not fit the way they were supposed to. When we contacted the customer service, we received a troubling response. They informed us with no options left and in a cold tone that it was not possible to have the dresses altered in time for the event. They suggested we should get someone locally to make alterations and they would reimburse only up to 40% of the dress cost. But, guess what? that was not enough for alteration expenses, not even close. The next proposition was even more absurd, they offered to ship the dresses to China for fixing for $35 and then again pay the same to get it back which was totally out of the question. And finally, they made a last weak offer to pay another $50 for a completely new dress. Apparently, they had nothing else to offer, no proper compensation or solution, nothing at all. I was very much disappointed to experience such apathetic customer service. I highly recommend not using this company at all costs. It was such a terrible experience for my lovely bridesmaids.

This site is claiming to be located in New York, but let me tell you folks, it ain't. But hey, if you actually receive the dress you ordered, then location doesn't make too much of a difference. Unfortunately, my custom dress order left a lot to be desired. Listen up, I just had a big ol' issue with ColorsBridesmaid.com. First off, they say they're based in New York but let me tell you, returning an item was not easy at all. I even ordered the dress two whole sizes up and it still didn't fit quite right. So I went to return it and wouldn't you know it, they told me to ship it all the way to China! And, they weren't too encouraging about it either. The customer person told me it would be expensive and that I should just sell the darn thing online instead! On top of all that, the zipper on the dress I did receive was sewn incorrectly so the thing kind of puffed up in the back like a balloon. Yikes! Stay away, trust me.

I thought, “This must be THE place to get my dress!” I was also impressed with the wide variety of colors to choose from. To be fair, I must share that the company did reimburse the charge to get my dress altered locally. They were also very courteous and helpful when I spoke with them about the issue. Because of their customer service, I am changing my review from one star to three stars. However, I want to make sure that everyone is aware of the issues I experienced with regards to the measurements. Be careful when ordering from this company.

I've had an experience with ColorsBridesmaid.com before, and they were pretty good with customer service and stuff, so I thought I'd give them another go when it came to picking out bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. Some of my friends have also gone through the site for their own weddings, and they didn't seem to have any issues. I opted for the Jane style for my six bridesmaids, and while most of them did manage to get their dresses before the expected delivery date, that was about the only good thing that happened with this whole experience.

Out of the six dresses I ordered, three of them were too big for their respective bridesmaids. One of the dresses had a dress zipper which didn't work, and another had a funky odor to it that made us return it ASAP. On top of that, the customer service wasn't exactly great, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. The cap sleeves on the dress didn't look the way they were shown in the picture, and the navy color we picked out turned out to be a lot darker in real life than we anticipated.
