I opted for the lace-up style in the back of the SPAGHETTI STRAPPED FLOWER AND BEADING EMBELLISHED TULLE BRIDAL GOWN, which made me feel like the dress was made just for me. When I searched for that item, I was blown away by how elegant it looked!

There is one thing I think people should be aware of when ordering from AW Bridal: they are a China-based online store. My package was shipped all the way from Suzhou, China. While some may not mind, others like myself prefer to avoid buying anything made in China. However, I have to say that my experience with AW Bridal was fantastic. They delivered a beautiful gown at a price I could afford. I highly recommend giving them a chance if you're in the market for a wedding dress that won't break the bank.

I'm extremely disappointed! I wasted my money on AW Bridal's plus-sized mother-of-the-bride/groom dress. I ordered the dress in early July 2020, hoping to have it custom sized, giving them my specific measurements as they requested. However, they didn't alter the poorly made dress at all! The dress fit terribly, way too big on the top and far too long. I was supposed to receive it within a few weeks, but it arrived more than a month late, just a few days before the wedding. And if you're anything like me, you'll try and get in touch with the company to sort it out. But don't bother wasting your time - they never answer the phone or reply to emails. So, I needed a dress for my daughter's wedding and found awbridal.com - picked a dress in dark golden rod, and even paid extra to have it custom made. Unfortunately, when I received the dress, it was clear that the chest area was four inches too small - I couldn't zip it up! Also, the hips were three inches too small, which was a bit of a problem to sit down at the wedding if the top fit. And, to make matters worse, the material under the golden rod sheer fabric had a bright, shiny yellow color that made the whole dress look green - not even a pleasing green!

I emailed the company with pictures and received lots of back and forth. They kept insisting the dress fit, but clearly it didn't! The website promises a full refund if it was their mistake. In the end, I received less than half the price I paid, which was a massive disappointment. Using this company has been nothing but trouble, so I'm giving the dress to Goodwill. Honestly, this whole experience has been straight bs. AW Bridal is not about replacing damaged goods and they won't even give me my money back while they're at it. So, like, save yourself the trouble and don't even bother ordering from this site.

AW Bridal has copied a patented wedding card box that I designed in 2007 and hold a US Design Patent on with the USPTO. It is a 4 sided photo display card box that is patented in the US with the USPTO. AW Bridal sells the copied item on Amazon.

So, I tried shopping at AW Bridal, and honestly, it wasn't the best experience. First off, their customer service was pretty bad. The stuff from AW Bridal is too pricey for what you get, you know? Just bought a dress from there, and the sewing job felt like it was done by a five-year-old. So, I ordered an evening gown from AW Bridal for my daughter's wedding and boy, was I excited to receive it! But when I gets that dress, it weren't even customized! I'm only 5 foot 2, but that dress were all the way down to the floor. It didn't fit none too good neither. It was all wrinkly 'n had a nasty ol' stain on it too. Can ya believe it? They give me some address to send it back, but then they tell me it's gonna be expensive to send 'er back. So, I gotta write on the package that it's just a cheap gift. I reckon this company's just plain dishonest. Ain't no two ways 'bout it.

I don't recommend this company at all. Yeah, the dress looks stunning but it didn't fit right. So, I shot them an email for returning the dress and guess what? I was informed that I gotta pay the shipping cost to China! Hold on a minute, they're operating from California as well but they don't accept returns there. A rip-off, ya'know. They suggested me to keep the dress instead and offered a $20 compensation whereas the original cost was $90. Like seriously? Is this the way they treat their customers? Returning items to most companies is free and they even provide prepaid return labels but this one expects customers to pay a hefty amount for returning an item. A word of advice, if you have your eyes on a dress here, do hop onto Amazon for checking out the same dress, chances are they'll have it just like mine. And let me tell you, returning stuff to Amazon is a piece of cake.
