The service electrician was very experienced and professional. Answered all my questions and completed my project a lot sooner than I anticipated. I plan calling CMC for all my future electrical needs.

I had 2 ceiling fans installed, and the serviceman, Kyle, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was pleasant to talk to, and was finished in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this company.

Worked with them twice so far, both times have been great. The electricians were great, quality work and very professional. They knew a lot about their craft and had no problem explaining everything to me.

The young man who did our work was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very concise. He assessed the situation quickly and got right to work. Our basement electrical is now up to code and safe. The young man did an excellent job. He was on time and listen to me about my problem and fixed it and then made sure the rest of my lights were ok too that were around my pool. I was very pleased. They showed up on time for our appointment. They were careful to not make a mess. The guys were friendly, professional, and answered questions as they came up. They even set up the inspection with the city reps, and everything was ready to roll when they left that day. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommended using them.

They gave me a bid that I believe was fair and competitive for replacing my dated 100 amp service with 200. Arrived on time, did the work quickly and well, handled all permits and inspections, cleaned up completely and were finished in about five hours. Very pleased with their work, quality of materials and overall service and attitude.

This is our 2nd time using CMC for our electrical needs. The first time was a complete basement remodel/re-wiring and most recent was installation of an outdoor ceiling fan, installing a flood light and replacement of electrical outlets. All work was complete to our satisfaction. Electricians were friendly & professional. We will utilize them for future needs!

Kyledid a great job. Showed up on time. Went right to work after reviewing what we where getting done. We had several dimmer switches replaced, bathroom vents and lighting upgrades, ceiling fan install, and others. Just wish they had a senior citizen discount. I will use them again if necessary and would recommend to all that would like to support a local business and does great work

The person who answered the phone at CMC Electric was excellent. Very pleasant and assured me that I was on her list for service. The technician who came to the house, [Technician's Name], was also excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Addressed concerns about whether to wear a mask. Identified the problem with the outlet and took care of it. Also identified concerns with uncovered outdoor electrical outlets and put covers on all. Very excellent. Thanks.

OK, so where to commence...Recently, I received service for some electrical issues. I have been probing around the area and IL side for an affordable, yet professional/accommodating service. I stumbled upon this place and noticed all the training and self-improvement that goes into this facility becoming better over time. I also noticed a lot of the reviews left previous, as that is a big point that I look for, and I saw many pleasant reviews. The exception of the few on here that are one star I see are ridiculous. We as people are not perfect and sometimes things slip through the cracks. In the industry we are taught to follow up. If you are not getting a call back about a quote that you were told would receive a call back, then maybe call them. Again, no one is perfect.Upon the electricians arrival, I was greeted with such professionalism. Not only was they on time to the between appointments, but they were early. This continued throughout the remainder of the period I was there with the upstanding professionalism. My electricians name was [Electrician's Name]. I have employed many people before, as well as recruited many people into the industry. With that said, the big thing I noticed was the continuous rapport (bond/friendship) that was being constructed. It is very sad to see some people that own a business yet not take pride in knowing their clienteles. Most think that enjoying what they do is it and should be enough. The idea is to help us enjoy your craft/skill as well, and to accommodate us in a fashion that best suits the situation.
