Blake and his crew was awesome. They worked around our busy schedule and even came out to check our roof. They helped us deal with our insurance company and went above and beyond. The roof repairs and replacement only took one day. They did an amazing job and followed through. Thanks Blake!

This company is really good and gets the job done fast. They worked around the weather and got everything done quickly. They cleaned up after each job which was great. I had my windows, roof, and siding replaced because of a storm in the spring and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone! Good job!

We had Cost Savers put new siding, windows, and sliding glass doors on our house in 2008. When it rained hard, water poured inside our sliding glass door. We called and they sent a technician out. He said that the door had not been caulked and caulked the door. We thought everything was good after that. Fast forward 10 years, we started to notice water coming in through our drywall around the same area and even in the room below. After multiple attempts to reach them over a 1-year period, finally, someone came out. The technician (which we had to pay) said that the flashing around our deck wasn't done the way he would have done it. He said we should contact our insurance company. When we removed the trim around our door, all of the wood and supports were rotted and molded. The insurance adjuster said this was something that has been going on for years and years, more than likely since the siding, doors, and windows were installed. We removed the drywall and there was so much mold, rotten wood, and the insulation was soaked and molded as well. Cost Savers said they were not responsible and it had been too long. Don't use this company!

Cost Saver did some work for us on March 9-10, 2022. We gave them $5,410 upfront and we still owe them $12,624, which we just mailed to them. They said they would give us 6 sliding glass doors and 1 window, but the work they did was not good. Only 2 of the 4 doors open the right way, even though they measured them twice. I talked to the sales guy and he said he would give us a discount of 10% because the work was so bad. But now he won't give us the discount unless we let them do our roof. We didn't agree to that and we don't trust them anymore. I have a 3-page document with all the details and the original invoice. I talked to the sales guy and the sales manager, but they won't give us the discount. Can you help us get our money back? Thanks.

Cost Saver sold me and my family some windows that were not good. We got them from *** windows. The old owner, Mike, knew that two of the big picture windows had problems. But the new owner, Mike's son Blake, won't use the full warranty that we got from ***. He only wants to fix the windows that are worth almost $7,000. There are many problems with them. Blake should have just ordered new windows that don't have any problems. But instead, he talked to his friend who is a lawyer to help him with his problems as a new owner of the company. The windows are drafty and we can feel the cold air from outside. The screens don't fit and some of them are ripped. There is also a cracked lift handle. Some of the windows don't close all the way. Blake forgot that I already paid him cash for one of the windows. He told his lawyer friend that I didn't pay him. But the lawyer friend told me that Blake did get paid. Blake should have apologized for making a mistake. The dad, Mike, had to come out to finish the work that the contractor didn't do. He didn't seal all the windows. We lost a contract to sell our home because the buyers wanted new windows. We had to use plastic and extra blankets to cover the drafty windows. Blake should have used the full warranty that we got from ***. My wife has health problems and the bad windows are making it worse. Cost Saver knows that the windows are bad because we showed them pictures and videos. Even *** said that Cost Saver has done this before. Blake said that he wants to review any reviews that we write. But he should just take care of his customers. Other people have the same problem. They paid for new windows, not bad ones. *** said that we can get new windows if they are bad. But Blake won't order new ones. He only wants to fix the bad ones. There are many problems with the windows. After they were installed, there was moisture on them. Blake and *** said that it was our fault because of the humidity in our home. But the heating and air company said that we don't have enough humidity. Blake should have known that. He called me to say that they won't come on Monday. He said that he ordered new screens and a lift handle. But he won't follow the instructions from ***. Mike had to come out to finish the work. I have pictures to prove it. My co-worker told me that Blake is hard to work with.
