Jack's Boots - Imported good / falsely advertised
I purchased a pair of Ariat Women's Primetime Western Boots from Jack's Boots via Amazon Prime. The seller falsely advertised the boots as American Made and incorrectly reported the thickness of the leather. They refused to accept the return past the 30 day mark (the boots were a gift) even though the boots were not remotely close to what was described in their description.

MBT - Shoes
Purchased a fairly price set of shoes from a certified seller. They were fine for a year or so and then began to deteriorate with the soles splitting apart and all of the foam liner crumbling and spilling out. The shoes are totally unusable and are now useless. I've kept them in a paper sack if there is any interest for MBT to analyze or replace them. I don't expect much interest is MBT resolving this issue. Jim R
