I placed an order to Justice clothing for my granddaughter on 8/4/2022, It was an incredible sale for $2 for clothing on clearance. I originally ordered 40 items then when I checked out only 27 were available. I paid using paypal. I was to expect my order within 7-15 days. Two weeks ago, I followed up. There is no phone number that is valid. According to the company due to the high volume of sales, they have closed their phone lines (?) There was a email to use for contact. I sent my inquiry and was contacted by email that due to high volume, my oder would be delayed 7-15 days. This morning I received notice that they cancelled my order. No reason given. Refund to Pay Pal. I sent a email requiring why and also my displeasure with the company. I would like to open an official complaint. Please advise how to go about this. Background on the Company - this is a huge clothing store for young pre tweens. It is very popular and the girls really respond to the clothing. I was also told 2 weeks ago not to keep contacting them since I would lose my place in line for my order.
