A very professional organization! They provided excellent service in dealing with *** and assisting in getting them to relinquish my timeshare. Every person in the Client Protection Group with whom I had dealings was responsive, courteous and thorough. Their rates were reasonable. I would use them again if I ever had need of their services.

We had already been taken by one exit company for our timeshare so my husband and I were really skeptical about trying again but we wanted out of our time share obligations. The Client Protection Group had such good reviews and reputation that we sign up with them. *** was the person whom we spoke and were updated throughout the procedure. I owned a timeshare for a long time with my wife and after several attempts of being unsuccessful of selling it we ran out of hope. On January 25, 2022 I was contacted by *** of the Client Protection Group who wanted to know if I wanted to get rid of my timeshare! It was like he read my mind as Ive tried to sell my timeshare for years, each time losing more money! I was skeptical because of all the loss and deception Ive experienced in the past!, but *** sounded so sincere and asked me to read some of the ComplaintsBoard.com reviews! I decided to take a chance and now I am timeshare free with no more maintenance fees! Client Protection Group was wonderful to work with in answering phone calls and guiding me through the easy process!

I first off want to say that I don't trust anyone after being scammed by a 'resale' Company. After doing some research and realizing there is NO resale market for Timeshare's, my wife and I decided to take a chance on CPG. Even though it took a little longer than I had hoped we are Finally Out of our Contract, and the remainder of our Mortgage Balance. True to my word I told them that if they got me out I would give them a good review on here. They were also way cheaper than the other Companies I spoke with. Thank you for being honest and doing what you said you would. My family is finally rid of our Timeshare!

I have been trying to get out of my timeshare since the death of my husband and had tried other companies that only took my money and then disappeared. Naturally I was skeptical about trying to work with yet another company. However, after checking the ComplaintsBoard.com I forged forward. It did take longer than I had hoped due to all of the *** delays and temporary shut downs, but Client Protection was successful and was able to relieve me of a contract of $36,000. Client Protection however did stay in touch with me and kept me informed during that time. This is such a relief not to have this burden in my senior years without my husband.

Client Protection Group is working to get me out of my timeshare and so far all has been good. It is early in the process but they, *** and ***, contact me regularly to update me, and most important, they are easily reachable and return my calls! It all sounded "too good to be true" that they would go after another group that had already scammed me about getting me out of my timeshare. A Group member, *** spoke--with me on the line-- Will update my review as things move along.with the credit card company I used to pay them -- to open a dispute! I look forward now to getting my money back and my timeshare gone! I will update my review as things progress.

My big thank you to the Client Protection Group, specifically to *** S and *** for their guidance and working with me throughout the whole process. I spoke with 3-4 other companies and had some doubts until I spoke with ***. He was very professional, thoughtful, pleasant and caring from the beginning until the exit which happened in less than a year. The customers service is fantastic and that they quickly responded to my questions. This company has my trust and I already referred *** to another potential customers. I'm so relieved beyond belief. I can honestly say that CPG is my savior from the time share nightmare. Again, a million thanks to the team at CPG.

I cannot thank the people I worked with in this company enough. Jarron and Imelda were there to help me every step of the way. My husband passed away in the middle of all the transactions and I was very concerned I would not be able to do the rest alone. That was not the case at all. l they helped me through every step and were always there to answer ever question I might have. In a much shorter time than I imagined I was getting checks back and soon I was out of the contract with *** and had received a large amount of money back. I was amazed at the whole deal. I know these people are trustworthy and do exactly what they say they will do. My highest praise goes out to them.

I highly recommend Client Protection Group for help in timeshare contract cancellation. After many attempts to sever our timeshare agreement with *** since November , I finally was able to receive confirmation from the resort that we relinquished from our contract due to the efficient efforts of Client Protection Group. I hired them on February 1 and after completing documents for them, *** relinquished my timeshare ownership on March 15. I am now awaiting the finalization papers from Elkhorn. CPG is also helping pursue refund of funds spent unsuccessfully with other companies promising timeshare contract cancellation. They are professional and efficient.

In November we hired Client Protection Group LLC to handle the elimination/cancellation of our *** Resort Timeshare; in ***, ***. This was our first experience in working with a company to assist us with cancelling our Timeshare. After checking with ComplaintsBoard.com; and receiving positive feedback, we decided to work with Client Protection Service to assist us in this difficult process. As a result of the Corona Virus Pandemic, the process took longer than anticipated. However, throughout this long delayed process; Company Representatives *** and *** kept us informed of the status of the cancellation. We are more than pleased to recommend Client Protection Group to other Timeshare Owners who have decided to discontinue their Timeshare Ownership!

I am at the beginning stage with the Client Protection Group. I had been calling around and spoke to several companies. I almost signed with another company. I got a call from Jarrod and he was able to completely explain the entire process through and through. What I found that attracted me was that during this process they will work on your credit with a company that they partnered with. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. I was skeptical at first because I have been burnt before. So, far everything that he explained has come to be true. I am receiving the emails that I was told that I would receive. He will call you back right away if he is not available. He was able to give me some sense of relief that I am in good hands. Hopefully this process will not take to long. I will send another update once I completely out of this contract.

We began phone communication with the Client Protection Group in March 2022. By May 2022, we received a letter from our timeshare company that our contract was canceled. AND, the $6000 mortgage debt balance was gone! At first we were skeptical because two years ago another company had promised to eliminate our timeshare. We paid them over $10,000 and they did NOTHING! The representative at Client Protection Group guided us to their website explained their five star ratings, ComplaintsBoard.com membership and reviews. As we began to work with them, everyone was professional, courteous, empathetic and effective in resolving our situation. Timeshares and circumstances can be different, but I am confident they are up to any challenge. We have been very impressed by everything they've done for us, and would highly recommend Client Protection Group for timeshare elimination.

Company cold-called me 2/2 from *** offering to help get me out of a timeshare they *thoughti might own.Being on the *** list, i challenged my caller, ***, about how he came to call me and what existing business relationship we might have that would legally allow him to call me (i've never heard of them before, so, no, there is no previous relationship). He had no info on any business relationship and said a random-number dialer sent him to my phone. The implication was they just took a chance that they'd find people who owned timeshares.*** didn't seem to grasp that this was a flagrant violation of the *** law, though he offered to remove my number (i tried to explain his company was supposed to have ALREADY removed it by filtering out numbers on the latest *** list -- pretty basic legal stuff for anyone doing telemarketing).BUT... he did proudly point out that his company is an accredited member of the ComplaintsBoard.com. If this is how an A+ business acts, imagine what kind of outlaws you'd encounter if a business had a failing A rating.i've filed a *** violation report with my state atty general's office.

Earlier this year (June) *** was in touch with me to find out if my *** would like to get out of our timeshare. At the time ***, I don't think, realized that we would be very interested to hear what his company had to offer us. As we were taken before by another company that said that they would help us out of out timeshare, We took the chance and lost. So when *** contacted us we were very much inclined to just say NO. But I took the time and did some research on Client Protection Group, with *** help too. *** didn't know at the time that we had 3 timeshares that we wanted out of. He was very informative and stated with the main claim that we would get 100% back if we qualified. Seeing that they were A+ with ComplaintsBoard.com helped too. I looked up the reviews and decided to take the chance. Well three month has gone by and today in the mail we received a letter from one timeshare saying that we were released from and have no further obligation financially.
