I have had chronic tinnitus for 15 years. In 2016 I was in a low place in my life. Tinnitus, other health challenges, family, work and finances were getting on top of me and was looking for a way to feel better. I came across a mindfulness course which had a big impact on how I felt. I then start going to the gym again. Bit by bit I learned new health information, discovered holistic health and biohacking. Today I am in the best shape of my life and turn 40 in 2 weeks. The course is a way to help anyone else suffering with the stress caused by tinnitus. Okay- so I just completed Day one of the One Funnel Away Challenge! I am blown away by how much ACTUAL value these guys have delivered. I've purchased courses in the past, but have always felt underserved. Russell and his team have literally gone over and above. I started down this journey just to get a free book; With that, I got a 14 day trial to click funnels, and during an orientation call was invited to take the One Funnel Away Challenge. Best decision ever! I've been on this journey for a little over a week, and already... the information I've received and the care of the staff and team have been phenomenal. I was recently going through some personal life challenges, that were really wearing down on me (for a few months really). After day 1 of the challenge, the guys got me so fired up, I was able to really disect the things holding me back, and alot of the baggage I had been holding onto just released- I let go of so much built up negative/stagnant energy- and am ready to go and feel so good like Im heading in the right direction! I cant wait to see how I grow as this progresses. I feel like I have found an awesome tribe. Click Funnels Team, You guys are amazing! and I can tell- very passionate about what you do. By the way, the packaging for the OFA challenge took my breath away- I didn't even want to open it- It was BEAUTIFUL! Never seen anything like it! Keep up the great work. I am a fitness studio owner and have joined my very first One Funnel Away challenge. I've literally never used clickfunnels or even heard of one until now. I am in week 1 on day 4 of the training with Russell and Stephen. I have to say I was hesitant going into the training...because reading books does not work for me I prefer audio and I'm a visual learner. I thought the training may be boring. It is NOT boring. It is amazing! I learn best with whiteboard and yelling and Russell is always drawing everything out on the board and Stephen likes to yell to get our attention. This is by far the best training I have ever taken. In the 1st week which was the pre- week I learned so much about how to mentally prepare for the training. Incredible. They've thought of everything. The first week is all about building belief. I am loving the step by step videos and worksheets that go with them. I went from thinking man I don't know if I can pull this off to now actually seeing my funnel coming alive in front of my eyes. Stephen is an incredible Coach and even though his videos are usually an hour long they don't feel that long at all. He is giving out so much valuable information it's worth a whole lot more than the $97 I paid for the 30 day Challenge. I would recommend this to anyone in business no matter what you are selling. We haven't even built the funnel yet and I am already feeling SUCCESSFUL! Thanks Russell and Stephen for all that you do for us!

Here i am privileged to write a review for this company. A little about me. I started my journey as an internet marketer all the way back in 2008. I needed to get leads for a MLM. Friends and family was not fun. I struggled for years till 2012. I made my course, i started to see success, but then i got derailed by a lot of other distractions. I knew the internet needed this auto-integrated system that delivered high quality bite size pages instead of the LARGE sales p[ages we were seeing back then. I tried making this software myself back in 2010-12 somewhere around there, and i failed due to many complications regarding technical ability, server space, processing time, all kinds of stuff made it hard to get, plus i lost my hard drives 16 of them! Then we moved across the country three times. Now its 2020. 3rd day in. I was not coerced in any way to say these words. These guys are all about getting you to your desired result. Not over salesy at all. I normally don't do well with navigating pages and clicking on the right link in step by step learning processes like this. Here I got lost trying to find the training only two times. Coming from me, that says a lot. Normally I stay lost. A few times I was told to click a link down below and it was unclear which link that was or if I was in the correct portal. Besides that, when you get into the lessons, it is clear, simple, and straight to the point. They have a gift, seeing as I NEVER do reviews. Which means by virtue of me being here, I was funneled. The convenience they create is similar to the convenience of going up a McDonalds drive through and ordering a double cheeseburger. Its so easy its scary, like maybe this is bad for me. This is the kind of convenience they are helping us create in our own funnels for our own businesses. Not bad work. Seriously, how am I even writing a review right now, but here I am enjoying myself. Its like you walked in the desert for 7 to 8 days and you are dying of thirst, they put things right in front of your eyes. They make it simple, they make it easy, and there is no added fluff as far as I can see. I need water, BAM. Heres a water. Reach out and grab if you really need it. My review is a little biased based on the high I have from the excitement I am feeling. Four stars everyday of the week on this education.

ClickFunnels is an amazing service and a community for online business owners! Russell B is a mentor, thought leader, and teacher. He is also a master at what he does with business and marketing, making complex concepts make sense to busy business owners. I am so pleased with the resources available in ClickFunnels, the One Funnel Away Challenge (OFA), the Two Comma Club training, Funnel Scripts, videos...everything! Not to mention the software itself is easy to use and make changes to landing pages and create funnels to help capture audiences and earn money while helping those customers. The OFA Challenge team is also amazing! They put so much effort and dedication into helping individuals in a group setting. Dante T's is an excellent resource for tech support! His enthusiasm and patience to help people with tech support questions is so helpful and inspiring. Plus, it gives me confidence that I am on the right track. Hearing him answer other people's questions is also super helpful and when I have an in-depth question of my own working with Dante just gives me so much clarity about what I'm working on and confidence in my ability to use this software. Like every person on this Earth, I had one crazy idea that danced in my head. I had the vision to take my one Super Power, and share it with the world. I wanted to take this one problem that I had already figured out and make other people's lives infinitely better by sharing my knowledge with them. What is my Super Power? To show fellow Airbnb hosts how to make more money, in less time, for the exact same listing. I figured it out 12 years ago because I had a pregnant wife who just lost her income. It was not, I should do this- It was I must do this. Fast forward 12 years and 1128 reservations for a spare bedroom in our basement. It has actually paid our mortgage for ten of them... I wondered- What am I doing that others are not? Would other hosts who are sucking Air (No pun intended) be interested in what's in my head? Then, would they pay me for it? But, I had a problem. I was a busy husband, father, and business owner. How would I find the time? Plus, my head said- I'm not good with technology. Then lightning struck when I discovered Click Funnels and Russell B. They had a plan. They had a system that I could follow. They introduced me to FUNNELS. (Cue the music) All I had to do was customize their funnels to my product, follow their bread crumbs, and be coachable. To my dismay though, I hit a wall. I loved designing the funnels, but the back end techy stuff made my brain hurt. Did I give up? Heck no... I used their amazing support staff to help me. (Tim P. - You're amazing) Tim would make little videos for me showing me how to solve my problems. My Aha moment was when instead of saying tech bleeps, I turned it on its head and said- "Tech is my friend" I'm doing this. If not me who. If not now when? Now I'm sharing my idea with the world. First of all, I want to say that I went through the 30-day challenge for $99 dollars and it was fantastic! However, I'm paying $297 per month for membership and CANNOT ACCESS ANY OF THE PROMISED BENFITS! I cancelled for next month, hoping to figure it out in the next now 27 days so I could stay on. But I'm getting NOTHING accept keeping it open so I don't lose the funnels I created in the challenge. There are lesser memberships - which I may switch to IF SOMEONE CALLS ME BACK and can give me answers on HOW TO ACCESS THE BENEFITS! First of, let me explain what I've done trying to get help. Click on 'help button' - it goes no where. Click on 'support button' it asks generic questions and ultimately throws you onto a sales page trying to get you to join. Second, I emailed billing. The woman who is responding continuously sends me to funnelflix pages - which is about building funnels not about how to access the PROMISED benefits that I'm PAYING $297 for and NOT getting! The other option she gave me is sending me to join another 30-day funnel - again not getting the benefits I paid for. This has been very disheartening because I LOVED the 30-days of learning and building a funnel (I built four) but getting the support to go to the next step is impossible! There is NO INFRASTRUCTURE beyond the challenges. So my advice is to go through the OFA (one FUNNEL in 30 days) challenge and WHILE YOU HAVE ACCESS TO OTHERS on the FB page, you will find many who have been through it before or marketers who can take you beyond. Had I known how sucky it would be after the OFA, I would have hooked up with someone there that could help me with the next steps. Click funnels either needs to stick with just the OFA challenge and a basic membership or FIX THEIR INFRASTRUCTURE or they will ultimately ruin their business.

I started the challenge because I was working long hours at my dealership and hating the grind and having to use sales tactics that are from like the '70s, I hated it and I just got tired of not having anything, being anything. I was just another worker bee in the hive, another number in the program. I got furloughed from COVID and I was like " I have to take advantage of this and think forward. I wasn't going to let this stop me from becoming financially free. I had no computer, no money, and a bunch of negative thoughts. But I was had an AHA moment and remembered one of the shark's stories, he talks about when he became a millionaire when he started to focus on being great at one skill at one thing. That's when I was like "I have become great at building funnels" and as I looked for an affiliate program that had to do with my sales experience, I found Click Funnels and they funneled me into the OFA. I am so glad they did because even though I am not new to the online thing, I am new to funnels and why I haven't made any money from anything I have done online. So much time spent on researching and going through humiliation with trial and error on trying to figure out what I was doing wrong the whole time online. I wasn't using a funnel for my products. I was using the "If you build it they will come..." strategy. Until now I was spending time on the wrong thing. I honestly only want to but build funnels and get better at it. I literally found out how to funnel money right into my business/pocket.' Even though I'm familiar with a lot of the info that was covered, this short 30-day program was probably THE MOST VALUABLE training I have taken. You basically create an online business with the help of 4 very successful entrepreneurs doing this. This is exactly what I was looking for and what I needed to change my life. I am studying the internet world a little bit more deeper since October and I found out many opportunity . For sure Clicks Funnels is one of them . Today 26th April is the last day of my 30 Days Challenge . It has been an amazing experience . I learned a lot of things and another important part is that I have improved the information that I already had from others courses and studies . 100 USD dollars it is a very good investment, every day you receive an email with the video to look at and with all the exercises . Every day there is a task and every week terminate with the accomplishment of an important part on the creation of the Steps that are going to generate our Funnel . Week 1 = Offer , Week 2 = Story , Week 3 = Hook , Week 4 = Traffic . Actually the 1st week is the "Preparation week" because actually to follow a Challenge like this you need time, concentration and you need to organize in a proper way all the steps to follow so in total they are 5 weeks . Behind the 30 days challenge there are : Russell, Julie, Steven and Jim that are great coaches . My favourite has been Sir Jim ! There is available also a Facebook group, in my group we were more than 1000 people so during the experience you can meet many people and you can receive many recommendations and advices . In the Facebook group there are 3 coaches too, Lee, Eli and Morag, available to answer the questions just writing on the group section when they put what they call the Coach's Corner post . They are also available during private video chat groups, you can find all the information on the Facebook page . Very nice thing about the Facebook group is that every day in special way Jim push you to share what are you doing with your exercises and studies and so it is nice to see the people sharing their works, different projects and thoughts . Of course in this way you can receive very good tips ! I can for sure say that all the people behind Click Funnels put in the front their faces without problems, first the owner Russell B, for sure they really trust their way and what they sell . You have 14 days software trial, you have the opportunity with the 30 days challenge to start immediately a campaign . About Click Funnels there are so many videos where you can get all the information you want plus webinar where they can give you some offers . I personally got 30 days extra on my 14 days free trial ! Thank you Kyle ! Totally the 30 Days Challenge ( OFA ) has been an amazing experience for me I got so many good information that I put on my notepad ! I will be sharing with you my personal experience with this company, a little bit about me and my backstory, and the transformation I have experienced thus far. My name is *** and I am a business owner. I started out as a business owner that had a great business and my life was good. I trained people remotely by travelling to them in NY city, I also trained people online through my app. I wanted to accomplish reaching more people and delivering my training to a larger population at once. I was struggling with having to travel to different gyms, spending one hour of my time to train, spending time travelling to the clients, and only reaching one person at a time for a specific amount of time. It made me struggle inside because I knew that I could reach more people but I could not reach my full potential of reach because I did not know how to get myself out there and let people know of what it is that I was doing. Covid 19 happened and my entire business changed. I began training virtually, I also started a virtual group fitness training three times a week but I noticed that my growth was coming at a small rate. Even though I was offering free classes, my growth was bad. People were coming, some people were donating, but the majority of the people were just coming and training for free. Then I realized that the problem was that I didn't know how to sell. Even more specifically, I didn't know what a sales funnel was and how I needed to create one. All of a sudden I learned that if I learned how to do a sales funnel, that would help me with getting the word out without me having to go through the process of selling each time. So I started researching how to sell, how to market, how to get my word out there but then quickly realized that most companies were trying to market my business but I still didn't have a system to sell to the customers. Then one day, I got sucked into a funnel, it so happened to be a funnel based on relationship with business and I asked to collaborate. They informed me of this company, and I went ahead and checked them out. I was on the fence whether I would go with this company or try a different company. I also had tried hiring a marketing company and noticed that didn't do anything because they can market but they cannot sell what is not being sold. All they wanted to do was take my money. After getting frustrated with so many companies attempting to take advantage of me over and over, I decided to try clickfunnels. Now, after going through their OFA Challenge and listening to Steve Larson's boom's and Russel Brunsons teachings, I've elevated my knowledge in sales which has given me an entire new insight on what I need to do to scale my business. At first I didn't know what exactly it was going to do, I thought it was just going to be a drag and drop builder but it turned out to be so much more. My entire life has changed into learning how to sell because I already knew my products and services but the KEY...of how to sell it to my customers was unknown. I've always looked for business opportunities and how great it is to go into business but now when I go to that entrepreneur mindset, I now think about how I can transform the product or service into an offer that will benefit the customer. I have learned the Dot Com Secrets, the Expert Secrets, and then I'll be learning the Traffic Secrets. I have transformed into a man that can sell Ice to a thirsty man in a Sahara Desert and quit trying to sell Ice to Iskimos...(hypothetically speaking) What I'm trying to say is...clickfunnels is not just building funnels...its changing your mind about the strategy you are using and learning that creating a sales funnel is key to growing one's business and the best teacher you can possibly have is Russel ***. Wow... I cannot believe how much I'm learning from Stephen and Russell in their OFA challenge. I've been struggling for a long time to get sales on my business as I'm sure many of you have experienced as well. I've tried so many different business ventures that I've actually lost count at this point and ALL of them have failed. I was starting to lose faith in myself and starting to think that nothing was ever going to work for me as I'm sure anybody who's reading this has felt at some point in their life. Even through all my failures, there was one business that was more of a hobby than anything that I've always stuck with, however, and that's my music production. It was something I was passionate about from the beginning. I downloaded my first music production software about 4 years ago and tried making my first beat and after hours and hours of customizing and tinkering and making the song come out exactly how I wanted; I finally finished my first amazing masterpiece. This song was amazing! It should have been on the radio right then and there. I couldn't believe how incredible my first attempt at making a beat came out. Immediately I was hooked and haven't put it down since; any time I have free time, i'm in my studio just creating new sounds and beats and instrumentals that I just vibe with. I just absolutely love being able to create music! However, as I said it was mostly a hobby and I didn't make any money on it.. at all.. and I wanted to change that. No, I NEEDED to change that. This is what I've been looking for my whole life. I needed to make this my full time career, I was destined to create music! I tried joining beat selling websites and posting the beats on my social media, I would reach out to musical artists and tell them to check out my beats, I would make youtube videos, and use paid ads on facebook and instagram and Google, and I would try literally ANYTHING I could find online to sell my beats and literally NOTHING worked. All I wanted more than anything was to be able to sell my beats to artists and have them appreciate what I was doing and use my beats. I wanted artists, and labels out there to hear what I was doing and make AMAZING pieces of music with what I was able to produce, but I couldn't sell them no matter what I tried. I started doing more and more research on music marketing and how to get my music heard when an ad for clickfunnels popped up on my facebook feed. I've never heard of clickfunnels before but I decided to "follow the rabbit hole" and found myself signing up for a trial for it, at the time I didn't even know why. I just knew from what I read about on the webpage that it sounded amazing. I didn't end up going through with it because of how much it was and as you can imagine, a hobbyist music producer didn't have an extra $297/mo to put toward something I wasn't even sure worked. I left the trial and decided that I would try it when I had an extra $300 a month.. Well that day never came, and still hasn't, but what I will tell you is that what I know now is that IT DEFINITELY WORKS. After that initial trial I signed up for, I started noticing trends everywhere. Every facebook ad that popped up on my feed was a click funnel. Grant C? Click funnel. Tai L? Click funnel. Unemployed CEO? Click funnel. Literally EVERY large marketing campaign I came across was one of these click funnels. When I noticed this pattern, it was at this moment I KNEW I had to get click funnels at some point if I ever wanted to make it as an entrepreneur. In June, I lost my full time job to Covid as I'm sure countless others have as well. The job or industry wasn't what I passionate about, but I was good at it, it paid really well, and I was able to provide for myself and pursue my passions on the side in my free time. At first I was devastated. I felt like an even bigger failure from losing my full time career than all of my failed businesses ever made me feel. I fell into a huge quarantine rut where I just lounged around all day, not working on anything, waking up late, and was just completely unmotivated, and borderline depressed. Until one day I saw another Russell B ad, this time, however, I jumped on it. To me it was a sign that I needed to do this. I joined the OFA challenge, and decided I was going to put everything into it and started watching the courses from episode 1. I was going to implement EVERYTHING they told me to do! And you'll never guess what happened when I started watching these videos. A fire LIT inside of me. I'm no longer lethargic and borderline depressed. Instead I'm up at 1:30am writing a review about how amazing this challenge is. The processes they teach you in this are revolutionary. They get you to understand exactly what it is they are doing and how you can implement it. I'm now CERTAIN that I will be successful with this, and I'm only one funnel away from changing my life!

06/26 I have a charge in my bank account for $297.00 regarding a 14day free trial of Clickfunnels. I went into this program and canceled my account which I thought was enough but apparently I'm still signed up after I had canceled? This is illegal and most definitely theft. I want my money back into my bank account and I'm also requesting that my account be canceled. Anyone thinking of signing up for this FREE trial please reconsider as you will be charged and there is apparently no way of canceling. I will most certainly be taking legal action if this is not resolved quickly. This company is stealing !

I signed up for 97.00 basic plan from clickfunnels. I think they might have given me a free trial. I then was charged 297.00 for a platinum plan that I didn't need. I have someone else doing my clickfunnels and am very busy so didn't look at the receipt until feb when I noticed that I was being charged 297.00. I also couldn't go on my website link and make a change to my plan. Even though they told me how, it wasn't possible. I asked them for a refund of the 200.00 I had overpaid for 5 months. They only refunded me for Feb and told me they have a firm 30 day plan.. I feel scammed. I have my funnel on their site and need to use them.

I tried to purchase the companies Toonly then it went to Voomly and it kept on going with offer after offer trying to upsell in a very tricky deceptive way They say something to get you once your in their landing page you vegan to realize this is a scam they offer a whole wide range of things then once you purchase they start with oh to get this you'll need to upgrade which contradicts everything they offered to begin with. So for that reason I want a full refund. I will never give this toonly or voomly the time of day they are beyond deceptive and the Complaintsboard.com council along with attorney general and FTC needs to get on the company. I have two email confirmations that my clickfunnels account has been canceled dated March 9, 2022 and yet they have been billing me $106.95 a month since (at least $641.70 owed back to me) then and have fought me at every turn trying to stop them. This is as sleezy a business as has ever been established and my bank's efforts to remedy this have failed because Clickfunnels keeps fighting them on it. My bank is now telling me to deal directly with them but they offer no phone support, their phone number goes to voicemail and no one ever calls back. To file a complaint with them they force you to log back into your account, which I refuse to do since they will only use this as some kind of fuel about my use of my account. I have not logged back in to Clickfunnels since February!

signed up for a free trial but I couldn't get the time to use it so I cancelled the trial on 4/27 which was 2 days prior to the expiration of the trial. I then find out on 4/29 that my debit card has been charged $297 . I sent an email on the same day 4/29 to [protected]@clickfunnels.com and requested for a refund and still to this day 5/12 my money has NOT been refunded. This is not only unacceptable and so wrong on the part of clickfunnels, but also illegal as well. If my money does not get refunded emmediately I WILL be taking legal actions into sueing clickfunnels company for a number of rights that have been broken. As I can see here on the BB website there is a large number of other customers that have also been so carelessly neglected and I am sure they would not mind joining in on a class action law suite.

I purchased Funnel Scripts a little less than half a year ago when I was largely impacted by borderline personality disorder, bipolar, and major depression. After going through therapy I found out that was the reason for impulse spending. I clicked the add that led me to funnel scripts and only saw the potential of being awesome without the risks. I have not since used funnel scripts since that first day because I crashed HARD. I contacted funnel scripts to see if they could refund me for a product I literally never used under medical reasons, and they said that they could not make an exception. Given how rich this company is and in an interview where Russel said that money was not the main reason for this - I call ***. I am struggling due to the COVID and other issues such as potential homelessness, and they cannot make an exception at all for a web based software that they could just as easy shut off and refund me.

I got a post card from *** advertising making 100K in 100 days. The clickfunnel books and course advertise as part of the *** Couse. I contacted both websites on [protected]. On 10/02 I notified clickfunnels at *** that I did not want to take part int their 14-day trial that I signed up for on [protected] and to cancel the appt I made on [protected] at 1:00pm. I stated that I could not afford the $297.00 and that I wanted to cancel the whole thing. On 10/14 I got an email stating I was about to be charged and that my trial is over. I emailed them at *** Told them I had cancelled on 10/02 and am still not wanting to pay for or take the course. I now have a receipt #***-8708 from Clickfunnels in the Amount of $297.00 dated 10/15. Whether I want it or not they are going to take my money. These people should be stopped.

2 Items: 1-Membership Funnel: I am a clickfunnels customer and was using their membership funnel and had a number of members, up until a few months ago, when it suddenly stopped working. Nothing I had done...it simply stopped working. Each time it showed an error 500 code. I notified ClickFunnels about the problem. This turned into a weeks long issue - ClickFunnels provided no solution - I lost a significant # of members and revenue and had to find another membership option - which took weeks to re-build. They refunded me for 1 month which I did NOT ask for nor wanted. They flagged the issue as "solved" in the transcript, but it was not. 2-Business website. My primary business website has now (magically) been archived - aka deleted - and they don't know why it happened or why it cant be restored - which they say is an easy fix. Once again, I am losing customers, I have no website to run my business from...and they are not communicating or offering any type of solutions. HELP!

I purchased a domain through Clickfunnels and a few weeks later, decided that their service was not worth the price. I requested that they transfer the domain to a different registrar. They told me I would need to pay a $20 transfer fee to do so. I told them that I already paid $20 for the domain, and that refusing to transfer the domain due to me refusing to pay a transfer fee was against ICANN policies. They insisted that ICANN policies did not apply and that I would have to pay the fee if I wanted the domain. I subsequently filed an ICANN complaint, in which they asked for proof that I was the owner of the domain. This proof could be receipts, screenshots of the cpanel, etc. As I logged into my Clickfunnels account, I found that they removed the domain from the "Domains" section of my account, and I an unable to view my account history without upgrading my account to at least a $97 a month plan. The receipt email I was sent by Clickfunnels when I purchased the domain did not include the domain name either. Also quite conveniently, Clickfunnels support no longer wants to get back to me on my requests for this information.

I was referred to Click funnels through a business course I'm taking. I did the 14 day free trial and it seemed good until I started to have problems with my two funnels. I've contacted them repeatedly which in reality, it did no good. Days later they email me back and tell me what the problem was. I told them again in writing what the two funnels were doing. Well they said they would work on it and still nothing over a week. The customer service is terrible but to be honest in the first two weeks they seem to be on top of things when i ran into funnel problems but somehow they went downhill. It shouldn't take a week or more to get an issue resolved with there software meaning the funnel builder. Also you cant get hold of anyone, it literally takes days for them to contact you back. Its sad because fortunately this business course im taking wants every student to go through this funnel builder. I wouldn't be on here making a complaint if this company would resolve the issue or refund me my money. The Click funnel company says on there site 30 day moneyback guarantee well, that's a lie because, i asked for a refund and still haven't heard anything from this company. I lost money and time on this company. Get better customer support and reply to your customers problems and there wont be a complaint.

I signed up for a free 14 day trial of the software and canceled before the trial ended, which was at least a week ago. I recorded my screen on my computer that proves what the company is offering so that if it needs to be proven, I can share what I saw and what was being promised and what I clicked on and exactly what took place. I also have the emails confirming that I did indeed cancel the subscription. Yet, they have REPEATEDLY and FREQUENTLY tried to charge me for $297. It's an every day thing. My bank alerts me each time a merchant attempts to charge me for something for which I have insufficient funds in my account (luckily I happened to move all my money into a different bank account before they could actually get anything) and I have consistently watched as they attempted to charge me time and time again for $297. It just happened again. I got paid, and I immediately moved my money into a separate account for fear that Click Funnels would try to charge me - and not 2 hours later I got the notification saying that my card was declined for $297 from Click Funnels for a FREE TRIAL that I canceled weeks ago! I want this to STOP. Or I will take legal action. This is illegal activity and I work as a deputy court clerk. This is not an empty threat. I work with and around lawyers all day every day and I know exactly what my consumer rights are. This entire ordeal has made me feel annoyed, harassed. This is ATTEMPTED THEFT.

I purchased Clickfunnels $2970 per year thinking I needed that level AFTER working with one of them on the best plan for me. After using it for a few months I realized that I in fact did not need that level AND I asked to be downgraded to the $99/month plan to not auto-renew planning to just deal with it until my money was used up. Uhg. I tried to use the program but found their platform, customer service, and function to not live up to what they sold me on... so i just chalked it up to my problem. WAITING FOR IT BE OVER. October. Now, I see it took it out $2970 AGAIN... a product I never wanted to use back then and for sure do not now. I do not see any auto-renew screen, and was told it would not autor renew... and I'm afraid to cancel this darn thing now for fear I will never get my money back. Uhg. I have used their email helpline, with screenshots twice and they just say they resolved the issue and close my inquiry without helping me at all and rather just continuing to ask me to fill out the same form and use the same bot. I'm so frustrated. I just want out. I have never liked using this program and do not want to and was told that they would spread out my payment and then not auto-renew ... that was a year ago... I never wanted them to spread out because I just wanted out then but figured it was just a bad business move back then. NOW TO REBILLED. For something I was told would end and I would not be billed for. Please help me get my $2970 back that was billed to my account unknowingly on 10/28, and help me cancel SUCCESSFULLY.
