This company is absolutely a scam! DO NOT fall under their trap! save your money and go somewhere else. They LIE from start to finish. This company has cost me a lot of money and lost of time. I wish I never contacted them. They are very unprofessional and cannot design a website. They are unprofessional people that have zero knowledge of website.

They contacted to pay for hosting when my contract isn't even over yet. DO NOT fall under their trap!

My website which was supposed to cost $299 but wound up costing $1000.. has not worked ever. It cannot accept orders. I have received 0 Orders since building the site with your company. Not one. Meanwhile even the one page I have dedicated to this product on an unrelated Squarespace site has a constant stream of orders. I have tried for months to get in touch with Professional Web Experts.. Months. Calls, Emails, Chats, I even wrote to them on their "Complain" page of their website.. What kind of company has a "Complain" button on their homepage? The only response I ever get is "Can we call you back in 10 minutes, sorry we are in a meeting" Then never not once do I get a call back and from then straight to voicemail.. This company advertises a 100% Satisfaction Moneyback Guarantee... At this point I'm asking for it. 6 months of no response. Missed Summer Orders. Now Missed Christmas. Enough... Please honor your Guarantee and get in touch with me.

so i was lookin to get my website lookin all fancy and stuff so i hit up professionalwebexperts. at first they said it would cost me $700 to get it lookin good but then they kept addin on stuff and before i knew it, i was payin over $4,000. and to top it off, they didn't even finish the job! i would not recommend these guys to anyone. save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I recently hired Professional Web Experts to add some new features to my website. They were very enthusiastic about the project and assured me that they could deliver exactly what I needed. I filled out their project requirements form and was promised one-on-one meetings with my project designer. However, communication was limited to email and I was usually the one initiating contact.

Unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. The team misinterpreted my requirements and started designing a new website instead of working on the existing one. This left me feeling confused and unsure of what was happening. I thought perhaps they were creating some concept designs for my site.

To make matters worse, progress was slow and after five weeks, they had not completed any of the tasks I had requested. In fact, I ended up completing one of the tasks myself. I began to question whether they were capable of working on my WordPress website, as they had promised.

Eventually, I gave them access to my Dev website and they installed one paid WordPress plugin. However, they never provided me with the registration information, so I couldn't use it on my production site. After three more weeks of access to my Dev site, their developer did nothing else besides the initial plugin installation, which took only five minutes.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Professional Web Experts. However, I must say that they did issue a full refund and offered me $1200 in compensatory services after I ended my business relationship with them. This shows that they were willing to make things right and I appreciate that. Overall, I would give them two stars for their effort to remedy the situation.

I gotta say, my experience with Professionalwebexperts (professionalwebexperts.com) was not great. I mean, the website they made for me looks pretty good and seems to work okay, but everything else was a total nightmare.

First off, they promised to have my website done by a certain date, but it ended up taking two whole weeks longer than that. And because of that, I missed out on showing off my work at an important event. Not cool.

But the worst part was the communication. It was like pulling teeth to get any information out of them. If you decide to use PWE, make sure you get everything in writing beforehand. And I mean everything - costs, schedules, deliverables, the works. Otherwise, you might end up getting charged extra for stuff you thought was included.

Oh, and make sure you ask to see the dashboard before the website is finished. They won't show it to you until after it's live, and you won't have admin access to it because it's on a shared server. I paid extra for admin access and cPanel, but all I got was FTP. And they didn't tell me until later that migrating the dashboard to another server would cost me another $500.

They claim to be customer-oriented, but my experience was anything but. When they didn't deliver on something, they just made excuses and accused me of not understanding the process. And their training video was a mess - 44 minutes of disjointed, non-narrated nonsense. I had to hire a WordPress expert just to figure out what they were trying to say.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend PWE to anyone. They might make a decent website, but the process is just too much of a headache.

They seemed knowledgeable and friendly, so I decided to have them rebuild a completely different website for me. However, every phone call after the initial one was an upsell, with them trying to convince me to purchase additional services that I didn't need. They even resorted to scare tactics, warning me about the possibility of my website getting hacked or credit card information being stolen if I didn't buy their services.

When I refused to purchase their PCI compliant services, they sent me a form to sign that stated they wouldn't be responsible if any credit card information was stolen, even though my site didn't store any credit card information since it went through PayPal. This made me suspicious of their intentions, and I started to feel like they were just trying to make as much money as possible from me.

The situation escalated when I refused most of their services, and the guy I was dealing with became angry and started sending me text messages accusing me of wanting everything for free. He even threatened to have his lawyers speak to me. When they finally released my rebuilt website, I was disappointed to find that it was not as custom-built as they had promised. There were still Lorem Ipsum text, statements that didn't make sense about my products, pictures that were scaled incorrectly, and even pictures of things that weren't mine.

They were supposed to transfer all the account information from the previous website users, but they were unable to do that, which meant that I had to tell my customers to create new accounts. When I asked for a refund for the initial site I wanted them to edit, which they were paid for in February, they refused to refund my money, even though they hadn't started any work on it. I had to call my bank and ask for a chargeback.

My impression of Professionalwebexperts is that they are a middleman who outsources the work to cheaper web developers, which means they have little control over the quality of the work. Their job is to sell, and they are relentless with their upselling and scare tactics. You can even hear others in the background when you speak with them.

Regarding the SEO work I purchased from them, they promised to direct all kinds of traffic to my site, but it's still like a ghost town. The only traffic it sees is from regular customers and when they come in to fix something. I could go on and on about how awful this experience has been, but you get the idea. I strongly advise against using this company.

I also want to add that the positive reviews on their website are obviously fake. Pay attention to the most recent reviews, as they reflect the same experiences I had, plus some. To make matters worse, I just discovered that wholesale customers can't check out, and they have a different shipping price than I had told them, which means customers are paying too much. I'm now having to pay someone else to fix all the things they screwed up.
