This company is a total scam! They'll take your money and run. Don't waste your time or energy with them. If you need a website or logo, find a local company instead.

I hired First Design Crew for a branding kit and 4 videos, but I never got them. They kept giving me excuses and didn't reply to my emails when I asked for updates. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I also reported them to the ***.

I payed for a video from this company but never got it. They said they'd call me back but never did. I found out they own other video companies with different names but they're all the same. The company I used is called Explendid Videos and their website has the same number. When I chatted with them, it was the same people. Don't use this company or you'll lose your money. They stopped answering my calls and never gave me the video.

Warning! Be careful with First Design Crew. They used to be called Branded Logo and Designing Ave. They are run by people who use fake names and are located overseas. They take money from hardworking people and change their business name every time someone catches them. I will keep reporting them to credit card companies. They pretend to be in ***. I hope Visa and MasterCard can stop them for good.

I paid for 14 logos to be made and sent in .png .ai .jpg .eps formats. It took over 3 months, but I only got 1 project done. I asked for the source files for a month, and finally got a call saying I have to pay $200 extra per file. These guys are a joke, and I'm taking them to court.

This company took so much of my time. They kept getting things wrong even after I explained what I needed. Now they won't stop calling and texting me to buy more stuff. I told them to stop calling, but they keep changing who calls and from what number. It's really annoying.

This company, as you can see with many reviews and complaints, ripped us off. They blackmail you into getting more money out of you or else. They have taken our website down numerous times, demanding more money before they will put it back up. When our website is down, we lose 2-6k per day. We paid them $13k so far in blackmail money to keep our website up. A week ago they called saying they needed $4000 to keep the website up to install some security stuff. We paid to get our website up. The next day, they called demanding $2750 more saying they can't put the website up without it. Then a couple of days later, they called demanding $3700 to make the site ADA compliant or they would take it down. They were supposed to build a new website, and over a year later, it is still not completed and hardly anything done on it. We are contacting the authorities to see if they can help file charges against this company. COMPLETE SCAM! BEWARE! DON'T GET TAKEN LIKE WE DID!
