On 20-Feb-2024 at 9.49am, I sent Whatsapp messages to Citylink Melaka [protected]) providing my account number and address, seeking their help to come and collect my parcel. The person in charge acknowledged the receipt of my messages.

I waited until 5.58pm of the same day, the parcel was still not picked up. I sent reminder messages to the same contact number and I was given to understand that they will come and collect around 6pm something. But no one come and collect.

The parcel is urgent and I am very disappointed with the services provided.

17 Jan 2024 Parcel had been arrive in Kulai, for more than 1 weeks nobody sent out & tracking record update . Call to customer service wait for 2days nobody call back . call back 3rd days ask me to collect at store. 24/01/24 my ppl arrive at 9.30am they said parcel had been send out ,call to KL they said parcel still at store. Return back to store at 10.15am cant find the parcel untill now. Very bad services the ever i meet for the courier service.not even check properly then said the parcel had been send out end up cant find the parcel.

Fisrt time through I city link and then this happened.. I bought from my hometown, the payment was really expensive (item)..

5 dec - 10.06am.. Package send to I city link facility (bandar seri damansara)

6 dec - 8.45am.. Pickup by deliver courier.. Also package delivered (signed for by: 'someone else?'

I call customer service I city link to tracked and got the sorting facility branch at bertam, malaysia.. I called them many times, no one answer.. Call the customer service again still got the same number.. Then I call the malaysia logistics for myammar (monywarthar enterprise), they also dont know where the package..

Hi, I want to complain your City Link near Johor Jaya branch. I keep sending them whatsapp to pickup the parcel and documents, however until a week they didnt come for pickup. I feel disappoint and quit angry with their irresponsible towards work.

Please take responsibility and come when customer arrange a pickup. If delay 1 or 2 days I can accept, but it happen to be a week. I cannot stand anymore!

Please take serious with this thing because we pay for your service.

My parcel [protected] has been sent for shipment on 24th august 2023 through this courier but until today 30th august 2023 there no update on my parcel where's about. The last update was on 29th august 2023 that say my parcel departed city-link origin facility..kindly need your help to fasten the service & update the parcel regularly from time to time. Thank you.

Courier of documents from Ambank to Hariati & Partners Kulai. Ambank courier the documents on 2-8-2023. name and address of recipient stated in in the slip was correct ie at Hariati & Partners, No. 9237, Jalan Enggang 5, Bandar Putra 81000 Kulai. On [protected] recipient ie Hariati & partners received call from Cik Husna of 9337, Jalan Enggang 8, Bandar Putra, 81000 Kulai, Johor informed Messrs Hariati & Partners that she received a courier addres to Hariati & Partners.

The documents are very important and City Link Express had delayed in delivering the documents and also wrongly send to other address, and not to the address stated in City Link Express own slip.

Very irresponsible and no phone call was made to confirm.

why my parcel take too long time to send for me and until now I dont get it my parcel.

We have been receiving couriers from our suppliers through City-Link for more than 15 years. Many times deliveries were late and when that happened their customer service or delivery riders always claimed that their riders came earlier to deliver but nobody was at home. Those are absolute lies! Somebody is always at home especially when we know couriers are arriving. Fact is City Link staffs has the culture to lie in order to safeguard their own interests! Such nonsense must stopped or we should stop using this courier company!

Hi, I want to complain about your online pick up arrangement person (a person whom incharge to arrange the document), 1 Indian Girl and 1 (I think) malay guy (with little 'slang'). I called this afternoon 26/6/2023 at +-3.40pm, this one Indian Girl answered my phone, I give her the phone number needed and I wanna ask first if the document will arrive next day or not (since raya haji), but without any space for me to have the information, she cut my line. I called again, and this 1 guy answered my called. Same goes to this rude Indian Girl, I heard unpleasant reaction from him. Its just less than 1 minute conversation. I direct to this line, because Im seeking for an instant answer. I called this [protected] line. Please improve your phone etiquette. Im here not to bash citylink, im a customer, im also a worker. thank you.

Hi, Im from Watson HQ based at Tun Razak Exchange 106. I weird why your staff no attach all doc in plastic bag? He moved out all doc from plastic bag then pass just like that. Before this your staff who cover at Wisma Chuang never do this. When I ask he said ask HQ.
Why your staff attitude like this? I also need a plastic bag easy for me to pass at finance dept.

Citylink is the most worst courier service especially for Penang Bayan Lepas branch. Below are the issues and experience we meet for every shipment.

1. Driver/Rider never contact receiver before/after goods delivered and drop somewhere without notice.

2. No proof/photo to shown that goods was successful delivered.

3. Failed to contact Citylink Bayan Lepas branch for urgent inquiry. Never pickup phone and Undeliverable mail!

4. No feedback and action after the complaint.

5. Customer service PIC was very rude and push their responsible.

Barang saya sampai sekarang tak tahu apa cerita.. Bila call customer service dan dia da call driver.. Driver kata dah letak dalam posbox 22/2.. Masalahnya kalau betul letak dalam posbox mesti barang tu ade sebab kurier lain pun memang selalu letak dalam posbox.. Kurier lain akan col 2 or 3x.. Then kalau tak angkat dorg akan ambil gambar send kat saya sebagai bukti dorang letak posbox.. Driver by citylink tak buat macam tu pun.. Col sekali ja.. Ingat apa? Kami ni 24jam dengan fon ke.. Call sekali ja da satu hal.. Pastu takde gambar or whatsapp sebagai bukti.. So sekarang barang saya macam mana? Bukan barang murah tau.. Teruk la service korang.. Yang customer service pun cakap punya kerek.. Saya cakap kat dia mungkin driver tersilap flat sebab pernah ja jadi.. Pastu dia kata tu driver lama tak mungkin salah.. Kita ni as manusia tak pernah lari dari buat silap tau! Dia kata driver akan hantar ikot sebijik2 alamat dalam tu.. Bukan main berlagaknya n confident sangat! Saya nak barang saya semula! Tq

Sy ingin membuat aduan berkenaan Rider hanya meninggalkan parcel diatas mail Box tanpa penetahuan penerima (tidak menelefon penerima dan juga tidak ada gambar ) . Ini hanya kebetulan ada nak ambil barang lain baru nampak barang yg dihantar oleh City Link. Rider yang tidak bertanggungjawab.

That not a proof of delivery! That is lazy style of delivery!

My parcel still missing and im not signing my package! Who is shahida!

Its an apartment with drop box parcel…no one will receive my parcell! So how this shahida sign proof of delivery!

If this still a style of city-link, i will report to kementerian berkaitan…persatuan pengguna.

Can not accept my address and hp are available at proof of delivery!

Proof of delivery should be picture of the place of parcel being drop.

Sent this parcel on 7/12/2022 at Citylink Rawang for delivery to Citylink Prai -own collection. Was informed of next day delivery . Now on 9/12/2022 check tracking at 5 am , it shows parcel still at Dataran Citylink, Bandar Saujana Putra. The parcel is urgent . We use courier service for urgent and important matters . This is the 2nd time I am experiencing this in Citylink. Late delivery in Oct . Very disappointed. Made so many phone calls to BSP hub . No one answered . Will NEVER use Citylink again . .

I want to complain that I already whatsapp to your service to come collect my parcel however your customer service responde are rude and not helping at all.

Please refer picture I attach. until the momment I write this complain I still dont have any answer from your site about collecting my parcel.

On 4 Oct 2022; 12:38pm, I received a call from this particular despatch guy (mobile no.: +[protected]) from city-link who want to schedule a parcel delivery to my home and told me he is reaching there in about 15 minutes later. I told me let me check if there is someone at home to receive. After checking & I called him back to request him to come in 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes because my children need to go out to buy food from nearby coffee shop. He told me he has many deliveries to make and not able to accommodate 30 minutes. As such, he told me to schedule for tomorrow between 9am to 11am.

I told him in the past, City link office will call me to schedule the convenient time of me to receive parcel but he told me not the case because he was the one every time who make the call (but why 15 minutes before reaching, do not assume someone just be at home to standby to receive your parcel please).

At around 12:59pm, this guy called me to inform he is at my place but at void deck (Level 1) to check if someone at home to receive the parcel, I sounded unhappily and told him not 15 minutes to notify me before you reaching.

After found out from my children, in fact they did not went out. They opened the front door and called me why no despatch. When I called him back, he told he has left the place. I requested him to send back the parcel to his office and asked his office to give me a call.

The following procedure may need to look into it and improve:-

1) Sufficient time must be given to house owner to schedule someone at home to receive the parcel.

2) Since he was at void deck (level 1), he can use the lift to go up to deliver the parcel and why he did not.

Tetapi Apabila Bersemuka Di Cawangan Batu Caves, Diberitahu Parcel Pada Tarikh 9/7/22 Tersebut Masih Belum Dipos Namun Telah Di Updated Sebagai Telah Dipos Oleh Azlan Bin Haris. Apabila Diminta Sebarang Penjelasan, Namun Masih Tiada Sebarang Penjelasan Oleh Pihak Azlan Haris @ Dan Citylink Tentang Kehilangan Card Cidb Tersebut Sehingga Ke Tarikh Hari Ni. Kerjasama Dan Maklum Balas Dari Pihak Tuan/P Amat Saya Hargai.

My goods tracking no:[protected] which has been picked up from sender on 20.09.22 is yet to arrive to me until today 26.09.22. I have online checked the goods movement but it shown the record on 20.09.22 only and no any update movement after 20.09.22. I am very disappointed with the late delivery.

Please assist to check the status of movement for my goods. Your prompt action on this matter is much appreciated.
