Choice was responsible for a complete remodel of our home. They did a great job! They put on a new roof, new siding, and new gutter. The work they did was really good. John and Patrick were really nice and professional. My husband and I definitely recommend CHOICE!

The staff is super responsive and they'll go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with their work. They even check in after the job's done to make sure you're still pleased. Choice saved the day! I had no idea how I would afford a new roof as a widow and single mom. Choice identified storm damage with a complimentary inspection and shared their findings with my insurance company. They then professionally installed my new roof with the insurance proceeds and my deductible. I cried when I came home and saw how their work make my home look brand new! And my home appraised for $12K more after the installation of this roof. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I wanna give a shout out to the Choice crew. My roof got messed up real bad in a storm. I called Choice for help and they didn't waste no time. They sent some dudes over pronto to cover up the damage and stop any more water from wrecking my place. They even talked to my insurance company and got me a whole new roof. Their guys did the job when they said they would, even in the freezing cold and snow. Now my crib is all good for the holidays. That's what I call good service!

I've used Choice Remodeling & Restoration three times now. Let me tell you, they're the best at storm restoration. They know all about storm damage and insurance stuff. They're really good at what they do. I love my new roof, siding, and hardwood floors. Choice Remodeling & Restoration isn't perfect, but what I like is their leadership and team. They're honest and have great character. I totally recommend them for any construction needs.

I am so happy with the service we got from Choice Remodels. They treated us with respect from the start. It's worth mentioning that Choice was able to do work that two other companies couldn't. Our roof got damaged in a big hail storm. When we tried to make a claim with our insurance using the first couple of companies, they denied it for some reason. But Kelly from Choice told us not to worry and that we would be covered. I was a bit unsure because of our past experience, but she was right! We got a claim number right away after talking to our insurance with Kelly's help. The installation was fast and professional too. The crew showed up on time and were ready to work. I could tell they knew what they were doing, which made me feel better. They also cleaned up everything afterwards. Our property looked just like it did before they came, all clean! Don't think twice about hiring Choice Remodels! Our experience has been amazing.

If you talkin' 'bout bad organization, claim filin' that ain't accurate, quick invoice sendin', but no care 'bout fixin' problems or returnin' calls, and terrible customer service, then you talkin' 'bout Choice Remodelin'. Signed the contract in June to fix the roof and inside damage from the storm. Took weeks for Michael to send anythin' to the insurance company. Finally fixed the roof in August, and when I asked 'bout the inside repairs, they said they never submitted any info. Called Choice and talked to Michael, who did the inspection and wrote the claim. He said he'd send a supplemental later that week. Nope. Three weeks later and lots of unanswered calls and texts, I finally got the owner John Paoleti on the phone. He seemed worried and said if I gave him a day or two, he'd check it out and get it done. Said he'd call me back and "make it right." Nope. The guy went on a trip outside the US and I still ain't heard back. It's been 4 1/2 months since I signed with Choice and now I got mold growin' all over the damaged drywall. People need to know how poorly this business is run and how little John and Michael care 'bout customers. I highly recommend folks do their research, read the latest customer reviews on social media (I ain't the only one with this experience), and make the best decision for themselves. As for me, I done ended my agreement with Choice and found someone else who's responsible and can get the job done.
