so i had a pretty bad experience with chic geeks. i ordered 2 things from them but only got 1. i reached out to customer service to see what was up and they straight up accused me of being dishonest and trying to scam them. like, what? i was just trying to figure out where my other item was. needless to say, i won't be ordering from them again. it's a shame because i really liked their stuff, but their customer service is just not worth it.

I recently bought a laptop cover from Chic Geeks and I was pretty disappointed with the product. The cover I received was a bit too small on one side and half a centimeter too small on the other sides when I tried to line it up with the apple symbol. It was impossible to snap it on correctly and the top part just wouldn't fit into place. The cover is made of plastic and it doesn't stretch, so there was no way to make it work.

I tried to reach out to customer service, but no one got back to me. It's frustrating when you have an issue with a product and you can't get any help from the company. I even tried to leave a review on their website, but there was no option to do so. It seems like they only allow positive reviews on their site, which is pretty shady.

I'm now in the process of disputing the charge since I can't get ahold of anyone at Chic Geeks. It's a shame because I was really excited to get this laptop cover, but it turned out to be a waste of money. I would definitely recommend avoiding shopping with them and finding a different company that actually cares about their customers.

So, I bought a laptop case from Chic Geeks and when it arrived, I was pretty disappointed. The case was supposed to be covered in glitter, but it was flaking off all over the place and some parts were even missing glitter altogether. Plus, it didn't snap onto my laptop very well, which made me worry about it falling off and damaging my computer.

I tried to leave a review on Facebook to warn other people about my experience, but my review was deleted and I was blocked from leaving any more reviews or comments. That's just not cool, man. I mean, if a company can't handle negative feedback, then they shouldn't be in business.

I tried to reach out to Chic Geeks to ask why my review was deleted and why I was blocked, but I haven't heard back from them yet. That's just bad customer service, plain and simple.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Chic Geeks. Their products are overpriced and not very good quality, and their customer service is terrible. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that actually cares about their customers.
