CheapOair review: No refund received after they said to wait 20 days

We booked a roundtrip flight amounting to $2349 with an additional $665.60 for rescheduling. They already charge the amount from my bank account but there's no flight happened since CHEAPOAIR cancelled it on the date we booked it.

We keep calling CHEAPOAIRS customer service but they have not given any help at all. They said all the charges will be refunded 7-14 days but still the money has not reversed yet. We called again and they said on or before August 17, 2023 still nothing happened. We called again Aug 18 and they said to wait another 24hrs. It's been 20 days nothing happened. NO MONEY HAS BEEN REVERSED BY CHEAPOAIR.

CHEAPOAIR! I would like you to know! We have everything recorded from the start till on this 20th day as you promised. that you will reversed the money back on our account! We have recorded everything what your customer service told us and even your billing department with those number you provided on your website. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK! WE HAVE BEEN PATIENTLY WAITING FOR YOUR PROMISE TO REVERSED IT, AND WE WOULD BE GLAD TO EXPOSED EVERYTHING WE RECORDED TO ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM SO THERE WILL BE NO MORE VICTIMS OF YOUR SCAMMED FLIGHT BOOKINGS!
