Bought SSL cert but failed to activate. Bought another one from different publisher. Tried to get refund for the first one but no response since 26th July. Service sucks.

I just wanted to say that I had a negative experience with Cheap SSL Security. I got a email saying that my SSL certificate was about to expire, and that if I renewed it, they would add the remaining time to my new certificate. I decided to renew it since I want my website to be secure, but when I actually got the new certificate, the remaining time was not added! So, without even knowing, I ended up getting only a few months of validity instead of the full year like I thought.

Overall, I have to say that I wasn't happy with this experience. It doesn't seem fair that they would advertise one thing but then not follow through on their promise. It makes me wonder if other things they do might not be trustworthy either. I hope that they can improve their service and be more transparent in the future so that other people don't end up in the same situation as me. In conclusion, I don't recommend Cheap SSL Security because they did not keep their word.

Well, I gotta tell ya folks, my experience with Cheap SSL Security wasn't one that I would call amazing. And all of that time, my website was marked as “not secure” which was a bad thing for my business.

And I don't regret it one bit. So if you're thinking of getting an SSL certificate from this company, I recommend you to consider other options because it's a wild ride that you would definitely like to skip.

Around a month ago, I was wondering why our renew order was still stuck on "Pending". I called up the company two weeks ago to verify if everything was alright, but it seemed that something was not quite right.

It was only on September 12th that we received a response from the company, which I must say was quite delayed. They apologized for the inconvenience and explained that they had contacted the Comodo support for assistance with our DBA (Doing Business As) name in the order. Apparently, they had submitted the case to Comodo support as per their request.

However, today we received another reply which was quite frustrating and not at all what we were hoping for. It appears that we have to cancel the order on our end, but unfortunately, we are outside of the 15 day money back guarantee period. This just makes us feel ripped off, to be honest.

Overall, our experience with Cheap SSL Security has been quite disappointing. The delays and miscommunication have caused us a lot of frustration. We were really hoping that they would have handled our order with more care and attention. It's a shame that we can't recommend this company to others.

I just want to share my bad experience with CheapSSLSecurity website. I had high hopes for this website but unfortunately, my experience with it was not good at all. I attempted to purchase an SSL certificate for my website but got an error saying that my address did not match my card details. So, I contacted their support team and they told me to make another purchase. I did what they said and this time I used my personal account to make the payment. Same thing happened, my funds were debited immediately but they failed to deliver the SSL certificate.

I was really frustrated at this point and so I reached out to their support team again. They advised me to contact my bank and I did just that. However, my bank told me that there was no reason why they wouldn't be able to find the transactions. It was just really weird that CheapSSLSecurity could not find the transaction.

It's really disappointing since they took my money twice and failed to deliver any product. I have yet to get my money back, and I doubt that I ever will. I do not recommend anyone to use this website for their SSL certificate needs. It's better to look into other options before settling on CheapSSLSecurity. Don't waste your money!

Wow, I was shook when I saw all the haters writing negative comments about Cheap SSL Security. I mean, I don't know what they expected from a budget SSL provider, but personally, I have bought 5 SSL certificates from them and I ain't got no complains.

When it comes down to it, Cheap SSL Security is just a middleman for the bigwigs like Comodo and Thawte. So, they don't make the rules, they just follow them. But boy oh boy, do they have good deals. I'm talking some of the cheapest SSL certificates around. And the best part? Their support team is always there to help.

Sure, there have been some hiccups in the past with the issuing policies of the CAs. For instance, I was hoping to renew my SSL for 2 years, but the issuer would only allow renewals for a single year. Talk about a bummer. But, thanks to the help of Cheap SSL Security's support team, I was able to get that issue sorted out in a jiffy. And, they even gave me a credit for reissuing the cert for the final year. I mean, talk about going above and beyond.

However, this was not possible as it left me with no SSL protection for my website. I had to wait indefinitely for them to fix the problem, which was very frustrating.

When I then reached out to them again, they claimed that their process had changed, and that the instructions they asked me to follow were inaccurate. I found this to be quite concerning, and I wondered why they did not update their instructions accurately.

In conclusion, my overall experience with Cheap SSL Security was frustrating, disappointing and time-consuming. So, I would caution others who might want to go for their SSL services and suggest that they consider other companies available as alternatives.
