Hi,

I bought with Chatdeal.com a fly on October, 28.

Chatdeal made a 1st schedule change on December, 14th. I clicked on my booking page that I accepted it. (it's the way that, according to their emails, we notify that we accept the change)

Chatdeal made a 2nd schedule change on January, 11th. I clicked on my booking page that I accepted it.

On January 16th (France hour), they sent an e-mail saying that the flight was cancelled and I would be refunded.

But Chatdeal made a 3rd schedule change on th same day, January, 16th. I didn't clicked anything on my booking page, and asked a refund, for the new hour didn't fit our planning trip and because I was getting stressed with the multiples changes.

On every schedule change e-mail, Chatdeal writes « You may accept the proposed flight, choose another available option, or request a refund ».

But when I asked for the refund, Chatdeal team

- at fist, didn't respond at all

- then told they would ask the company (whereas the email they had sent me said the contrary)

- told I shouldn’t have taken care the email content « you may request a refund ») for granted, because it’s an « automatic » one (whereas it doesn’t change anything : when e company sends an e-mail, the e-mail has to be taken for granted).

- told that the change is too « minor », according to the company, for me to be refunded (it’s not up to anyone else but me to decide, I AM the customer, I bought what I need).

I really want, and need, my refund, for the more time passes, the more I am dealing with Chatdeal to try to make them follow their own rules they wrote and send me, the more I get aware that I can trust Chatdealcom.

Desired outcome: I want the refund they promised me when they wrote « You may accept the proposed flight, choose another available option, or request a refund » and they however refused me.
