This place is terrible
This place is terrible. Don't trust or move into Hannah Heights Apartments. They spread lies, have bad business practices, and unhealthy living conditions. Chastain Properties Management, LLC is shady and they expect us to pay for two more months. The roof collapsed twice from pipes bursting and they did nothing to fix it. They terminated my cousin's lease under false claims. Don't trust this company and don't give them your money or time. We found out that this has happened to others too. Is this how they run their business? Their day is coming.

Overcharge on balances
We are allowed to split our payment into 2 payments...one in January and one in July. Chastain does not inform the property owner that if they do not pay the amount in January then the will fine you between $12 to $15 for late fee and additionally $12 to $15 finance charges. There is a $10 charge for making a credit card payment online. We paid additional money in January, met the half payment and still received a finance charge of $14.
Desired outcome: Remove all finance charges and late charges which shouldn't be charged in the first place.

I applied to this place in August *** and I still haven't heard anything about my credit or background check. I don't know if I got accepted or denied. I keep calling and they keep saying they're working on it, but nothing happens. The apartment is still available online, but they're not doing anything about the applications.
