Aliens Space Station
You can see our complaint in 2013 in this same platform. Now it is 2022 and we are still fighting to get our money back from Aliens.
We had booked in 2006 - Ratna Vani Saripalli - Flat 829. After delay of many years, we cancelled and fought for refund of amount. Court Case - MOU - NCLT and still Aliens owes us around four lakhs. If they cannot pay back four lakhs, its a sure sign that they are going to close shop soon.
Advise to all prospective buyers: STAY AWAY
Desired outcome: We want Aliens to pay us back the remaining amount. Aliens will have at least one less court case to deal with. 4 Lakhs should not be a big amount if they chose to pay.
Trunk Mat
I bought a Trunk Mat and they send me the wrong model. The seller confirmed and said they would give the designer the right measurements and resend the goods. All they wanted was the protection time to run out so they kept telling me it would take some time and if I could close the dispute . Aliexpress judges my complaint is invalid and now I've lost my money.

Hard Earned Money Stuck
We booked a Flat in Aliens Space Station in 2006. Flat No: 829. Till date we have paid around 18 Lakhs to the Builder and till date our flat is NOWHERE near beginning, forget about completion. It will take another 2-3 years to even near completion. We had invested money with a plan and now we really need the returns and cannot wait for another 3 years (if not more).
We have been in contact with Aliens Customer Care and we were assured of a ReSale with a profit of 8 - 10 Lakhs, since the rates have increased. After repeated follow ups, we were promised a sale by Dec 2012 by Mr Suresh, Ms Suma and Mr Vinay in Aliens Customer Care. We could not contact them since then. Now a new person Mr Dilip in Aliens Customer Care says he can only cancel the booking and return the amount paid by us "with no deductions". This is what we get after being with the company for 6 Years?
Our Hard Money has been blocked for all these years, we paid EMI, and now only thing Aliens can offer is giving money back "with no deductions". Simple maths tells us that the money would have doubled in a normal fixed deposit itself. We are now exploring options to get the money back from Aliens with at least 12% interest per annum. We have all the required documents and mails from Aliens Customer Care promising the Resale.

Aliens Group Builders have projects in good and prime locations and at very affordable prices. They have always been friendly and professional and kept us updated at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend them. I just love the facilities/amenities they are providing. The apartment extremely well located. Quality of the materials used for construction is good.
• When we Lookout for buying an apartment in Hyderabad, we came across this wonderful apartment complex ready for possession and we took no time in deciding that's what we want. We were convinced with the quality of construction and the aesthetics but we were excited with everything while finalizing the deal which for us... at the end of the day we say we made the right choice.
Looking at the project, I too had called them to inquire about the construction, and the relevant manager was so polite and I am satisfied and agreed with the response came from the management. Although, I do believe that before sales manners aren't big deal but what matters is after sales effort the brand put in and I must say that they are very good at it. Although the maintenance cost is high I would say that its worth to live in such a frill apartment. We received the flat in time and very happy for the quality of the construction.
Aliens Group is providing flats at very best price than market price in big city Hyderabad. It was my lifetime best decision that I had chosen aliens Group. From start to finish I was impressed and happy with those we dealt with and lines of communication were fantastic. The color of the wall and the interior design is amazing. Aliens Space Station is most secured and at evening time it will be most pleasant and peaceful to everyone.
Living in Aliens Space Station was a dream because of the wide pavements; importance on helping residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle and sheer design of the buildings. The amenities that this company offers are world class. If the electricity ever fails, the elevators are still running. Water supply has been taken care of, and I love the fact that they insist on sustainable development.
I saw the model searched everything about offer and location and I felt this worthy so I booked the apartment. I like the quality what they are giving and even I am happy with their service. I got my all papers on the time. I had disappointed for the delay in constructing but it’s not a matter because it is a lifetime property for me so I do believe in the quality of construction and finally received the best flat. Well I already recommend about this builder to all my friends and I will recommend this builder to everyone.
