This website, Pureprofile, has a major issue with taking your personal information without compensating you properly. I've completed numerous surveys that I haven't been paid for, and the amount of missing points could easily be used to purchase a car! What's worse is that their customer service is absolutely terrible. They never respond to your inquiries, and on the rare occasion that they do, they have the audacity to claim that you were disqualified after answering all the questions. It's a complete disgrace.

Naturally, I reached out to them, accusing them of being scammers for requesting such sensitive information via email, and even threatened to report them. Only then did they respond, nonchalantly stating that my account had been credited. However, the frustrating reality is that I still cannot access my account, even after their supposed resolution. It's beyond frustrating and incredibly suspicious.
