So we found this website called CenterCapsDirect and decided to give it a try. We needed a replacement cap for one of our customers and thought this would be the perfect place to get it. We went ahead and made the purchase, but unfortunately, it's been 2 months and we still haven't received the cap. We're pretty disappointed because we paid for it and now we're left waiting.
We've tried contacting customer service, but haven't received any response. We're not sure what's going on, but we're hoping to get some answers soon. It's frustrating because we really needed this cap for our customer and now we're not sure what to do.
