Unlike a lot of these companies that call once and promise to follow-up but never do, Sarah was quick to respond to all questions and delivered exactly what she said she would. 3. Friendly and helpful. When there were minor mistakes or issues to be resolved, Sarah immediately addressed my concerns and took care of the situation. I always felt confident that I was dealing with a real person, not a faceless autobot. I was not initially seeking to sell my home. Sarah wasn't pushy and never tried to pressure me.
