I opened the package and took a look. The snappy cardholder stand was horrible to use. It could hold only one card. The phone case was the wrong size. I returned the item on 11.14 and the customer service did not get back to me until 12.6. Here is what they say:

To give you a proper explanation, please see the details below:
114 (the total order of items) x 25% = 85.50 (This is how much I paid)
72 (the remaining item) x 15% = 61.20
Therefore, the refunded amount is USD 24.30.
In line with this, we will pass your request to our financial department and cancel the Snappy Cardholder Stand MagSafe Compatible (PC Plate + Bottom Part) to refund USD 24.30 within 1-2 business days.
