I had a contract with cartrack for more that three years, I then decided to cancel it and enquired of the cancelation process. they advised me to fill a cancelation form and send it on their whatsapp number which I did. I notified the person I was charting with that I have sent the form and did not get a response. I stopped cartrackers debit from my account as they continued to debit it regardless of my request. I followed up with their team and they said that they will get back to me. It has been a year now, they continued to debit my account without a sucess and handed over my account, I enquired why was I handed over if I had sent a cancellation form and I was told by the company they handed me over to that I had a missed payment from the previous year. I never missed a payment, I was advised to send proof that I have been paying my account until the time I decided to cancel my contract and I did. I sent my banck statement with the debits highlighted including the month they said i missed. I never received any feed back. I followed up with the agent I was talking to via email, I did not get a response. I am tired, irritated and regret the day I signed a contract with cartrack. I have tried everything but I am not getting any response, If i am lucky and get my call picked up, they will promise to call me back and never do. I am still getting annoying calls form their legal collection people, everytime I keep repeating myself like a broken record and I will be told that they will get back to me. I am tired. I dont know what to do anymore, they sent me threatning smses that I am going to be blacklisted?why? am I suppose to pay for a subsbscription even if I dont want to anymore?
