I originally bought some shocks in March 2022 and while they took a little while longer to get than planned, I understand the company moved states and that took it toll on the company. while I complained at first the company treated me very graciously and respectfully so I held in there. I am glad I did. The shock ride amazing and look good. The quality far surpassed the price paid and I recommended them highly. I wont hold them moving against them and just bought 4 bypasses 4 coilovers and bumps for my buggy. Carbon has been stellar and I recommend them highly! Grade A Service Quality and Price!

I am running Carbon Shocks on my Ford F250 and they are the best riding shocks hands down. Working in the oil field I need my suspension to not throw me or my tools around like rag dolls. They tuned the way I needed them and its been great for almost 9 months now! I recommend them highly! Shock are holding up great and the black bodies have no wear like my previous shocks did within a month!

Carbon Shock Technologies Inc. is a really good company that provides excellent service. They are always ready to help you out with any issues you might have. I've seen them face some tough challenges and obstacles, but they always manage to come through for their customers. And let me tell you, their coilovers and bypass shocks are really awesome. They offer a wide range of sizes, from the usual ones to unique custom shocks.

He got us set up with 4 coil overs, 4 bypasses, and 4 bump stops, with addishunal support services and tuning for later. We are beyond happy with Carbon Shocks and will continue to use them and their services for years to come. Highly recommend them for your off-road shock needs.

I bought a product from Carbon Shock Technologies Inc. and paid for it in full when I made the purchase. However, I never received the item. It's like they stole my money without providing the service. I tried to contact the supplier to sort things out, but they are ignoring me and not responding. I just want my money back.

I bought some shocks from Carbon Shock Technologies on 1/6/2022. The shocks took a long time to ship, finally arriving on 3/24/22, about a week later. When I got the shocks, they were the wrong ones. I had ordered the ones the representative told me to, but they were not right. I had to figure out the correct ones and convince them they were wrong before they sent a return label. I sent them back on 3/28/22. Since then, Carbon Shock Technologies has been bad at communicating, and I still haven't gotten my product. I emailed, called, and messaged them many times to try to fix the problem. I paid a total of $2,822.

On March 4th, 2022, I bought front and rear shocks for my 2013 *** Tacoma from Carbon Shock Technologies. The invoice number was *** and the cost was $2512.99. When I got the shocks and tried to install them on my truck, I discovered that there were some problems with the fit. Both the front and rear sets had issues that made it impossible for them to fit properly. I reached out to *** at Carbon Shock, and he said they would fit. So, we went ahead and installed everything on the truck and took it for a test drive. Unfortunately, there were parts in the moving suspension that were touching each other when they shouldn't, which raised serious safety concerns. The front coil spring was hitting the sway bar when compressed, and the rear shocks were rubbing against the frame at the top. Additionally, the front shocks were not long enough, causing the front end of the truck to sit lower than it should. I contacted *** again and sent him some pictures. I asked him to take back the shocks and give me a refund, but he refused. These shocks are simply not compatible with my truck. I really want a refund and to return the items.

My company bought a bunch of stuff from Carbon Shock Technologies. First order was for some coilovers on February 25th ***. Second order was for four coilovers, four bypass shocks, and two bump stops. This order was placed on April 21st, 2022. They said it would take about 6-8 weeks to get them. We kept calling for updates and the owner would say they're coming soon. They were moving or something. Now it's September 21st, 2022. We finally got our last shock for the April order in the first week of September. Because it took so long, our customer decided to cancel the build we had planned around the shocks. As for the February order, we still haven't gotten it. We've contacted Carbon Shock Technologies over and over and every time they say they'll be here in 2 weeks. When we reach out again, they say 2 more weeks. It keeps happening. Today, September 21st, 2022, we've been emailing, calling, and messaging them on *** to find out what's going on. The only response we get is from the secretary saying it's the owner's responsibility to contact us. At this point, I want a refund. We had to order shocks from another company because of this problem. Nobody from Carbon Shock Technologies is getting back to us except the secretary. All we want is our money back. We've been waiting for shocks since February when they said we'd have them in 8 weeks, and now it's been half a year. It's ridiculous, especially since we lost a big sale because the shocks weren't delivered on time. Like I said, we've tried multiple times to get our money back. All we want is a refund. I have screenshots and emails of every conversation if you need proof that we've been reaching out with no response.
