Great company, my solar power inverter was replaced by warranty and they did an excellent work specially because the new unit card was defective having them to go back to the manufacturer and get a new card. Zachary and his team took the time to make sure my system was properly working and connected. I am a happy customer!

This company intentionally harasses you by phone. My number was given to them falsely saying I was seeking an estimate. After blocking one number they called from, the company has continued to call without leaving a message, each time with a different phone number. They know I am blocking them and yet they continue to call me with different numbers.

We recently added solar panels to our home. Being new to FL and this process we had many questions & apprehensions. From start to finish it was a great experience. We Started with Wade who was so patient & explained everything . Then we dealt with Zack who was just great & post install we have been dealing with Ashley & Trevor who was also just as great. We would highly recommend Xando to any of our neighbors.

I installed solar panels last year on my roof with this company. I can't explain enough how wonderful they were to work with. Totally professional. You can always tell a good company when you have issues. My Internet knocked the app off-line and we needed to reinstall it. After many attempts we figured out the issue. Not once did they make me feel like it was my problem but there's. I always received prompt email answers when I had questions. I would certainly recommend this company and I love seeing my electric bill go way down!

We have switched from electricity to solar from Xando energy since February , and the service has been working great. We met a representative name Zac that helped us throughout the whole process. Mr. Zac is very professional, pleasant and nice to talk to. He has great customer sévices skills and was very good at keeping my husband and I updated of what's going during the process. My solar is working perfectly fine I haven't have any trouble with it; I recommended Xando energy to two of my friends and are very happy with their services as well and I will continue to recommend Xando Energy to all my friends and families.

I originally found out about Xander energy from a neighbor who has them and loved it! So I contacted them and Zac came to my home and was sooooo pleasant and kind it felt like we had known each other forever! He answered every single question and left an open line of communication for us to ask anything that we could think of later. From that point on nothing changed Zac, Bizmark, and every single person we came in contact with was absolutely professional and accommodating. Bizmark drove to my home twice just to help me fill out papers and explain some concerns we had, everything about working with them was customized and one on one. Now fast forward to us now having our panels and we couldn't be more satisfied. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Xando.

Xando in particular Scott B. & Zack D. were very informative, honest, professional & very pleasant to deal with. No pressure approach was refreshing. They answered all my questions during & after original appointment. Throughout the whole process they updated me on any event or upcoming tasks that needed to be scheduled or completed. Even after installation & activation they continue to answer any questions I have or think of. For instance, the sizing of my system is a big concern, however they take time to explain the process & how they came up with the numbers. Since I have family members living with me while their home is being built, my electric bill is a not what it normally should or would be currently. Any concerns I have they respond to in a timely manner. Their installation team was friendly, left the place clean after completing their work & also answered any questions I had. So far, my experience with Xando & Dividend has been pretty kool! I have made recommendations to my other neighbors & they have also confirmed great experiences regardless of whether or not they installed the system.

In April , Xando Energy installed a solar energy system on my home. The entire process was seamless and efficient with no problems. The system met or exceeded my expectations and I consider it to be a great investment. My electric energy usage increased during the second half of 2020 and I wanted to add solar panels to cover the higher electric consumption. I also wanted to be better prepared for the 2021 hurricane season here in Southwest Florida by being able to connect my portable generator directly to my home's electrical system using a transfer switch. I contacted Zac at Xando Energy who managed the original solar system install. Zac managed the installation of both the additional solar panels and the transfer switch with same enthusiastic and professional attitude. Tim, Ken and John did a great job with new installs! If you are considering a new solar system or additions to an existing system, I definitely recommend that you consider contacting Xando Energy before making your final decision. They are a local company with a great reputation, exhibit a professional attitude, use quality components and products, and are focused on great customer service all at the right price! Xando Energy will be my first call for any future solar system additions!
