Canara Bank review: worst customer service

I went to canara bank vilampatti branch on 25.11.19 for my jewel renewal.after finishing that work I went to one officer sitting near by cashier to change my specimen.he shouted me that before changing ur specimen, why u going for jewel renewal? After getting that specimen card, I asked gum to that Pune ( ramu).he shouted me in A rude manner that I had lot of work, is this my job? ( I think that he forgot his nature of job) .one of the worst moment which I had feel in my banking experience.kindly take necessary action against this kind of people working in rural branches.
