Cal Ranch stores, man, let me tell ya, they got this reputation for advertising stuff they ain't got, or maybe just got one of, just to lure ya in. It's a real bummer, I tell ya. I had to give 'em a measly one star, just so I could write this review, 'cause otherwise, it'd be a big fat zero.

Now, I ain't one to complain, but this here situation really got me riled up. I mean, who wants to waste their time drivin' all the way to the store just to find out the thing they wanted ain't even there? It's like a cruel joke, ya know? And it ain't just me, buddy, I've heard plenty of folks gripe about this same issue.

I reckon it's all part of their sneaky plan to get ya through them doors. They dangle these fancy products in their ads, makin' ya think they got 'em in abundance. But when ya finally make the trip, it's like a ghost town. Ain't nothin' more frustratin' than that, lemme tell ya.

Now, I ain't sayin' everything about Cal Ranch is bad. They do have some decent stuff, I'll give 'em that. But it's just this whole bait-and-switch game they play that really rubs me the wrong way. It's like they don't value their customers' time or nothin'.

I reckon if they just advertised what they actually had in stock, folks wouldn't feel so let down. It's all 'bout transparency, man. If they can't deliver on what they promise, then they shouldn't be advertisin' it in the first place. It's as simple as that.

So, yeah, I had to give 'em a one-star rating, 'cause that's the lowest I could go. But truth be told, if it were up to me, I'd give 'em a big fat zero. 'Cause ain't nobody got time for false advertising and empty promises, ya know what I'm sayin'?

Getting back into the store to ask for help again ain't no walk in the park, let me tell ya. It took me 'bout an hour, but finally this young fella showed up. Now, I gotta say, this guy didn't know squat about nothin', not even the prices. He said he was gonna "look into it," but he never came back. Can you believe that? I reckon you should steer clear of this place unless you got all day to waste and don't mind not even gettin' a price for the thingamajig you're lookin' for.

I recently wrote a review for your store in Bountiful, Utah, and I must say, I was quite concerned about my experience. However, the owner responded to my review, which made me feel heard and acknowledged. Encouraged by this, I decided to write a second review, and to my surprise, the owner gave me the same reply as before. It made me wonder if the owner actually took the time to read my reviews. It's important to remember that no matter how successful a business becomes, it should never forget to listen to its customers. After all, customers are the ones who keep a business thriving. By showing them that they are valued and important, a business can attract more customers. On the other hand, if a business consistently gives the same generic reply to every review, it may end up losing customers instead.

C-A-L Ranch Stores are absolutely great. It's rare that I step into a store (or website) and don't have to wade through the useless stuff to find what I was looking for.

They have everything from bullets, to warm pet beds, to clothes, to gardening stuff, to sharp wire fence, and everything in between.

Service has always been great to me. Good selection of guns (if you don't like them, don't buy them; but don't complain to me about their existence).

They have practical things needed for ranch owners, and the rest of us benefit from that.

This review mainly focuses on the physical store, but I doubt the website is any different.

I go to this store a lot, and let me tell you, they have everything you could ever want. So, today I went to the store in Las Vegas, Nevada, and boy, was I treated horribly. I was planning on buying not one, not two, but three firearms because they always have good prices on them. But when I asked a question about one of the weapons, this young lady didn't have a clue what she was doing. So, she called the manager, and let me tell you, he was a real piece of work. He was so rude and decided to help another customer before me. Can you believe that? So, there I was, just waiting and waiting. The young lady didn't say a word and just walked away. And the so-called manager, after finishing with that customer, went on to help someone else who just arrived, leaving me standing there like a lost puppy. I mean, come on, it's been 10 whole minutes and I'm still standing there waiting for some help. The young lady even walked right by me, and when I tried to get her attention, she just ignored me. Can you believe the nerve?

Then, finally, the manager finished with that other guy, and I thought, "Okay, finally, it's my turn." So, I waved to him, trying to get his attention. And guess what? He looked right at me and turned his back on me to help another customer. Can you believe the audacity? I couldn't take it anymore, so I walked up to him and told him that I was here before that man and that I was trying to make a purchase. And you know what he did? He turned around, put his finger right in my face, and had the nerve to say, "No, you were not here first. I will help this person first!" Can you believe the disrespect? I was fuming, so I decided to walk away and cool off. I went over to the gun safes and just stayed there for a while.

After what felt like an eternity, the manager finally finished with that other guy. So, I started walking over to him, thinking, "Okay, maybe now he'll actually help me." But guess what? He turned around and walked right into the backroom. Can you believe it? I waited for a few more minutes, hoping he would come back out, but he never did. So, I had enough. I walked out of that store, feeling frustrated and disappointed. But before I left, I stopped at the front register and asked who was in charge so I could make a complaint about all of that nonsense. And you know what the checker told me? The manager I was dealing with was the one in charge! Can you believe it? I couldn't believe my ears.

Now, don't get me wrong, I actually like Calranch. They have good prices, and most of the time, you can find what you're looking for. But let me tell you, the way this store treats people, I really hope that isn't how they treat their customers at all their stores. It was a real disappointment, and I hope they do something about it.

You get customers by showing them there important.
You loose customers by giving them the same reply
