I have stopped shopping at your 31 Tapscott rd (Malvern Mall) location, the reason for it has nothing to do with your products or your employee's, both I think are very good. The reason I stopped going to this location is because of a homeless man who from sun up-to sun down-to sun up again is staying/living inside the store. It's a problem that's been going on for well over a year. Police have been called before by one of your employees, but it's only a temporary solution as he always comes back and stays there like it's home. He is always asking/harassing people (myself included) for cigarettes, money, and where to find weed. loitering is not a serious crime and in some areas loitering is illegal, but it is still punishable with fines and in some cases even jail time. I now have to walk about 3 miles to another circle k Morningside and Sheppard to make purchases as I no longer feel safe going to your Tapscott location.
Desired outcome: Please stop allowing homeless people to stay/live in or outside of your stores
