I bought 3 sets of eye drops for my eye surgery which are prescribed by my eye doctor. The pharmacist in the shopper drug mart named jaynita patal (lic no 16363) wrongly labeled one of my eye drop which is a antibiotic (apo - moxifloxacin). In my prescription, doctor mentioned to use this antibiotic drop 4 times a day, where the pharmacist mentioned on the label is only one time use per day. As they keep my prescription, the label is the only information that I got for the use of eye drops. Luckily I had the picture of my prescription and an email from my doctor, so that I crossed check the use of drops. As it is an antibiotic for the surgery, so this mistake could damage my eyes! The store no is 2443 and the address is 10116 150 street edmonton, ab, t5p 1p1.
Desired outcome: As it is a very sensitive issue, I want that the pharmacists should not do this kind of mistake in future. They should be given warning for their mistake.
