Byte review: I want my money back or I want them closed down so they don’t take advantage of others.

I ordered Byte custom fit aligners, and they have completely messed up my bite, my alignment, did not straighten my teeth as expected, and have lead to other issues with my dental health. they were supposed to fix my teeth in under six months and here we are two years later, and I have decided to stop using them because of the pain and the ulcers in my mouth. My bite is so messed up that I actually cracked a molar. I need that repaired now. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and now Byte is incessantly emailing me to try to get me to continue my treatment. I have lost all faith and all trust in this company and would never go back to abiding by their guidance. I see more and more of these complaints online and they should not be practicing anymore. It is unsafe.
