I am using your tata SXC 1080 Modem for my Data usage . When I upgrade my laptop from windows 7, the Modem is not workong properly . I had downloaded new windows 7 driver from your site, but after installation the Error is Modem Initialization Failed .

I had registered for two postpaid connections of TATA Indicom from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala for two months that is from Dec 2008 to Feb 2009. I, ANKUR KHETAN, user of Tata Indicom Prepaid service wide Moblie No. 09250641069. I have used the DND service on 14th October, 2010 and my reference no. was DND07657874.
