After foolishly using this service I called to cancel in 7 days and was assured by the customer service agent that the service was cancelled and I would not be billed. I was billed automatically anyway. The explanation was that I had signed up at 1pm and my call in 7days was at 7pm so they had already billed my credit card at 2pm.
This is deceptive business practices since I was assured by the agent I spoke with, that I had cancelled in time, my query was clear that I did not want the service and was cancelling in 7 days to avoid a charge beyond the $1. The narrow cancellation time frame...

I made an account with score sense just to check my credit score. Well I was planning on just using the trial period, but I forgot to cancel it and was charged the 29.95 monthly fee, cool. The following day I call and cancelled my membership and the guy confirmed me that it will be cancelled after the free month he gave me. Well come to find out that month wasn't free at all and he never cancelled it...scam artists at their best.. I will never ever EVER do business with this company and all other companies their affiliated with... SCAM SCAM SCAM, RUN RUN RUN....

soresense took $29.95 out of my bank account for 6 months and i did' n even know it.april 3 i check my account, and i was over drawn. Scoresense has been making unauthorized $29. 95 debits to my credit card account since july 14, 2014. I have not knowingly signed up for any of their alleged services. I will be contacting them tomorrow to demand return of the fraudently - obtained $179. 70. As a public service, this company needs to be put out of business....

I like many others took there 7 day trial, I did not use there site after 7 days I check my account and I've been charged a total of 60$ they're customer service is rude and they're doing the very thing they are supposed to "protect you" from swiping money from your account without any notice complete and udder scam no one even think about using this site and to all you employees saying that we should read and blah blah just remember your pay check is coming from people's accounts into your pocket before there any the wiser and can't get it back also if they are this horrible...

I receive 2 debit on my Bank Account: $1.00(8/12/14) and $29.95(8/19/14). This transaction are not authorized by my person and never submit a petition or service to Secoresense.

I was applying for a FHA mortgage loan on what I thought was the official government website. fhamortgage.org. At the end of the online application the final step was a required credit score. I was mislead into thinking I needed to get a credit score report for my FHA loan application. Scoresense very discreetly offered a $29.95 monthly credit score service if you joined but I didn't need the service and had no intention of joining. I filled out the required credit score information and paid $1.00 thinking this was payment for the credit report required for the FHA loan application. I can't...

I have been trying since before 8AM this morning to reach ScoreSense to cancel my membership number 39210856. I did not dream that a company responsible for members credit scores would not allow a new member to cancel their membership. After reading the information regarding their flagrant misuse of customers accounts I am very regretful I did not look before joining.
Can anything be done to forewarn other innocent people that their new account cannot be cancelled. It appears that once you have given them your credit card number they will use it monthly forever.

I have been using scoresense and for the pass two month I tried to go on the website to check my credit report. I could not get on the website, a error kept coming up saying that I was using the wrong email address.So I didn't renew the services. So today I call customer services and see could they help me with my log in they tell me that there is nothing they can do until I pay my membership. Scoresense is a rip off they have taken money out of my account for the pass ten month, and now they wouldn't fix the error...

When I got my "free" credit report from Kredit Karma, I ended up with a $1.50 charge on my credit card. Then I had a $29.95 charge on my credit card, one month later. I called and found out I had to call and cancel that service by a certain date. So I swallowed the $29.95, and canceled on the date of the phone call. It seems that they extended the service another 30 days, and I was to cancel once again by a certain date, which of course I did not, and I became a little upset. I paid one dollar and it was to be refunded and I was to have access to scoresense for 30 days to try it out. But, seven days later they charged my credit card 29.95...I called and they told me it was for 7 days only. Well thats not what they told me. How would they feel if they were done this way. I want my money refunded on my card put back.. I rec;d my dollar back but, they did not honor the 30 days. So I have never had any problems they lied to me. And now i am mad about this . I called and cancelled my account with this company in January/February 2014 time frame. It is now
April 2014 and they have once again charged my account $29.95.

Of course they say they had never gotten any cancellation notice from me, According to Justin from the Mason City office, he will put in a cancellation for my account today April 26 2014 at approx 12:00. He is also requesting a refund, which I will never get... The cancellation number I was given this time is 8818140.

hello, my name is Ezekiel gaynor I recently went to monitor my credit on your web and got denied to go in. I was told to call customer service when I did one of the agent I explained it to did not know why it was canceled and I replied maybe because I had disputed a problem of an alert on my report as FRAUD that someone may have used my info to get a certain item I was un aware of but I never canceled my plan with scoresense can someone please make since of this matter as too im confused about the situation my phone number is 843-926-7922 in need of immediate response please and thank you....

I used scoresense to get my FICO score and credit report. I forgot to cancel it and got charged. I knew I needed to cancel it, so I was perfectly fine paying the fee for the month. I called in and talked to a representative for 10 minutes, they also confirmed that they spoke with me for that many minutes. I signed up for 1$ for my free credit report and got the dollar back. Printed my report and called immediately to cancel THE SAME DAY! The ScoreSense representative told me I would have 30 days to review my account FOR FREE but that he DID cancel it. I have since been charge monthly $29.95. I called again today to cancel AGAIN. I got the same email confirmation of this cancelation and now I have to wait for THEIR corporate offices to DECIDE if they will refund me!!! I’ve called my bank and put a block on ScoreSense and have filed fraudulent charges. It’s now under a pending investigation....

Went on-line to free credit report .com to get my (free credit report) Was automatically signed up for some program they offered for $1.00. In a few days They had deducted $29.95 from my credit card account on myself and $29.95 from my wife also. After calling them and speaking to a representative he assured me that my account wound be credited back and I would receive a full refund. Well today I recieved an e-mail saying that my refund would not be granted. Someone is scamming the American people again, and are getting by with it.. I signed up for a FREE credit check, witch actually cost me $1.00. I unsubscribe immediately after receiving my credit score, as I did not want to be charged again. I did not agree to a monthly fee. The advertisement stated that you could cancel at any time. I was charged another fee on 06/28/13 of $29.95. somehow this company accessed our (2) bank card #'s in Feb. 2013 and began taking money out, first just one dollar, when that worked it went up to $29.95... on both cards! With reference to a e-mail address that I don't even use except for special applications. They claim that we responded to a request for FREE credit score info. We did not! We missed this on our statement. Now they are giving us the shuffle between "corporate" and whoever answers the phone. I want every penny returned that these scammers have taken from us....

Jan 2013 signed up for free $1.00 credit list. Since them have been billed 3 months. Called above phone number and was told that the information on my bank statement was not their buiness. I read the complete line to the representative an then she accnoldged ith was them they biled us$29.95 for Jan, Feb and March.
