I am so angry. I have bought a card for my cell phone from Net 10. It was $35 for 10 days. I have used it about 2 days and one morning, when I tried to call, my card was switched off. This company turned it off and didn’t inform me about it. I couldn’t use it anymore and the support team didn’t respond. I won’t recommend this company to others, because it outrageous to pay money for card, which you can’t use.

I bought kit to start prepaid cell phone, called company net 10 to start kit is called bring you own phone they said it was activated on friday 5/29/2015 called today 6/2/2015 to talk, phone not on yet they tell me sim card not right for phone got this phone for vacation leave in two days can't take with me they said they will sent one in 5 days not going to work, will not give money back on things bought for this phone time card, can anything be done thanks Russell Lake

Do not, I repeat, do not use Net10!On July 4th, 2013. I transferred my parents Phones from Verizon to Net10. I ordered the phones spent $60 bucks for basic phones and service for a month. It took 6 hours of runaround on the phone and 3 days to get the phones activated. So as of Sunday, July 7th, 11:00PM both phones were working. By Monday morning, one phone, "has been deactivated at the subscribers request"! Another 13 hours on the phone, 8 days later, and still no luck! This company is the worst I have ever dealt with EVER. Customer service reps who know ZERO! Supervisors?? Are you kidding me?? No clue what so ever!!I just hung up for the last time and am transferring them over to ATT Gophones!

I just bough an LG 800 phone this week. I dont have problems making calls, receiving calls and gettings sms. I just havent figured out yet whats wrong with the browser. I cant go into youtube. I called the customer service hotline and was able to talk to a representative after 15-20 on hold. They cant seem to figured out whats wrong with the phone. They told me that they refresh my phone's connection or whatsover but still no good. I then suggested that it might the the factory programming of this phone and i want it to be replace if possible. They REFUSED!!!.it got me mad since this is a brandnew phone and they wont replace it. anyone got an idea how i should deal with tis thing? Thanks

I absouletly hate this company! They ain't any cheaper than at&t an at&t has them beat by a lot! Id never tell anyone to join this phone company, the customer service is awful, I lost my multimedia msgn aftr I got wit them an they are the worst about just shuttin phones off at the least expected times, when you don't even got the choice to go to the store, an then they take ur number away instantly, an don't evn try to make things better. Went less than 24 hours before adding minutes. When I go to be reactivated, they say my number is not available. Aftter staying on hold forever, they finally tell me my number IS available but they have to send my a new sim card to activate it. I wait three days for the new sim card. I buy minutes and then reactivate my phone. IT'S THE WRONG NUMBER!!~ I call them again and after being on hold and being transferred twice and on hold forever, they tell me they will have to send me ANOTHER SIM CARD. It's going to take another three days and I'm going to have to reactivate again...

I PURCHASED A GALAXY PRECEDENT ANDROID PHONE, THAT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE NET 10 SITE AS AVAILABLE IN MY AREA ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IT COULDN'T BE ACTIVATED. Awhile back on my birthday I asked for an android. I'd used net 10 for the no contract and they were the first I pick up and had no problems with the simple phone I originally had. Well that all changed when I got my android. I went to switch my numbers and got a message that said the phone wasn't going to be activated unless I called and asked them to send me a sim card. phone was defective ??? called net 1o support, was told they would send new phone wth old number but they had already given my old number to another customer the same day ???? can you believe that ??? was given the runaround for another 45 mins. the old i need to talk to my boss shit !!! after all that they said they would send another phone ?? have yet to see it ??? does anybody there speak english ??? could hardly understand them ??? to hell wth them, will never deal with again !!!

I am upset that net 10 sends enormous amount of emails and text messages reminding me to buy minutes. This is crazy. I am not stupid, I know when I need to buy minutes. Net 10 takes up a lot of time and space and minutes. I have made numerous requests that they stop this and my requests are ignored. I have tried calling several numbers to only get voice options, never a live person. I am ready to drop Net 10. I can no longer speak well of Net 10 and I have used Net 10 for 4 years.

Ok, for the sake of being really pissed off, I'll make this short ... Net 10 has taken 27+ dollars from my account, for cell service, 750 minutes, that they will not put on my phone! They have talked to my wife for an hour saying they will fix it in 24-48 hours! It has been 72 hours, and we have NO Minutes on the phone! They say to call them ... its our only phone with no minutes, what are these Inians up too? How can we call with no minutes? Stay away from Net 10, they are deceivers and liars!

Net 10 is a scam! i bought the new lg 800g at best buy, brought it home and transfered the service and number from my old net 10 phone to my new phone. i researched online before i did anything else, to see if there was a limit on the amount of minutes i could transfer, and found no mention anywhere of any limit on the # of minutes you can transfer.there were 1375 minutes and over 90 days left on my old phone.when i transfered to my new phone, i only had 1100 minutes and 120 days of service. i lost 275 minutes and just accepted that, thinking there were no more issues and that was an...

I have gotten a new net 10 cell and ordered a new sims card. They said it would be here in a few days. I waited a month and called back, they didnt even send it. I have attempted to transfer my telephone number to Net10. The transfer went ok, but when Itried to set up my voicemail as directed, I was unable. Now the nightmare starts: Called their "customer un-service", after being on hold for approximately 15 minutes (and paying for the time to boot) spoke to someone who I could not understand. Made a complaint 3 different times...due to not receving or being able to send picture messages..but Net10 still deducting several minutes for each attempted try.Was on the phone 3 different times with customer service..who I could barely understand.They attempted to credit my account 20min when I had orginally lost over 100 minutes to do the problem.I am very unsatisfied with this service and how they will not give credit when credit is due.Will not use this company at all in the future !!!

I up graded phones and transfered my number to the new phone. Well it NEVER happened after 3 weeks I am still having difficulty getting the matter resolved. I have been on the phone at least 4 different times calls lasting >1hr. Only to get the same No Success with the service. I don't like that MOST if not all the customer service reps do not speak English clearly. I have to request someone else with out a heavy accent every time I call. I don't like NET 10 anymore. I guess that I will try someone else-who knows what they are doing!!!
