I'm tired of dealing with the program freezing, or not responding, not able to click on anything, shutting down in the middle of something, the whole thing is crap, Unfortunately, we are stuck with it, which sucks, because if we could, we would totally get rid of mozilla firefox, Its a bad egg!...

cursor moving over a page, browser pop up ' your computer has been selected to participate in survey'- that is not how it works, folks- first, you ASK ME IF I WISH TO PARTICIPATE. on top of recent 3 to 5 shut downs per session plus all the ads interspersed in every article I try to read, I am thinking is time to change browser. too bad, FF used to be great :(...

Mozilla Firefox - speed

The latest Mozilla Browser update said it was the fastest yet. Does that include all the (not responding) written on my tab at the top left? Seriously, I have been a user of Mozilla Firefox for close to 6 years now, it isn't getting faster or better, its getting buggy, slower, and not responding more. Time to find a new browser they have gone to the toilet and need to be flushed away! Seriously Upset that you fail your users!...

Mozilla Firefox - Washington - Navigating

Why were the Back and Forward arrows removed on the latest version of Firefox? How are we supposed to change screens?

If your company wants to stay in business, consider getting rid of whoever is doing this sloppy work. Making Firefox difficult and frustrating will only help your competition.

This user now uses Explorer, although normally I try to avoid the messy world of Microsoft....

Mozilla Firefox - Queensland, Brisbane - Useless piece of shit program

this program was the ONLY one i used for browsing, after trying to start up firefox again and again I found it would simply not open. I think your software sux, it has absolutely no value in todays technological age. If you cannot get the program to work why even bother creating it. Now I have to resort to using Internet explorer which I hate. Thanks for nothing....

Mozilla Firefox - Freezing

On my laptop, every time I get on Firefox for more than 2 minutes, my entire computer freezes. I can move the mouse, but can't click or close anything. I have to hard reset my computer every time. It's been doing this for a week, and I thought I had a virus. Virus scans came up clean, and I tried internet explorer and it works fine. I need to use Firefox for my job (Google internet assessor), so I'm having to use whatever computer is available. What's wrong with the Firefox on my computer??
*Note: Yes, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Twice....

Mozilla Firefox - Access to once password? What is the meaning of this?

Today I accidentally felt on a computer in which I had saved my account details (name and password) in Mozilla Firefox. The information showed up automatically on entering the mailing website. So someone could have accessed my account. Well, no problem here, everyone should know this. But the real problem came after.
I wanted to get rid of it and realised that my actual password, not the sequence of dots, could be known quite easily. I have never before been interesting in how to get rid of a saved password because I always believed that the actual word could not be known even with access...

Mozilla Firefox - Mail search issues

It seems that whenever I REALLY need to use my "mail search" in yahoo to complete work, it stops functioning - just keeps cycling, trying to open. Some days it's OK, but lately it's been a terrible problem, lasting hours at a time, day after day sometimes. I thought it was a yahoo issue, but if I switch back to IE, it comes right up, all the time, even when down in Mozilla and no one seems to care over there...I'm exiting as soon as I can from the troubles....

Mozilla Firefox - New Jersey, Bloomfield - Unnecessary updates

Removing the status bar was unnecessary. Even though there is a new extension that brings back some of the utility of the statusbar, the extension should not have been necessary and the status bar should never have been removed.
There was already a mechanism in place to remove it if you didn't want it, "Views/Statusbar". So if they wanted to have the status bar hidden by default, why not have an option to return it, how novel, by simply going to "Views/Statusbar" and reenabling it.
Now eclipses the EULA (Licensing agreement requirement) as the greatest blunder ever by Mozilla....

Mozilla Firefox - Crashes like there's no tomorrow

Firefox (all versions) crashes like there's no tomorrow.
On a good day, it crashes about 3 times. On a bad day, it crashes at least 5-10 times. And on any other day, the program is "not responding" for a good half an hour before I have to close the window, lose all of the information that I was probably typing and restart the program. Then, not 10 minutes later, Firefox will decide to not respond again and then you have to continue with this cycle.
There's a reason why I've switched to Google Chrome....

Mozilla Firefox - Illinois, Swansea - Yahoo compatibility

I upgraded to Mozilla Firefox 3.6, and since I have done so, I am experiencing all manner of issues with it opening ANY Yahoo! sites. It's extremely slow, to the point the top bar actually tells me it's not responding before it actually changes the page, and this happens with each and EVERY Yahoo! hosted site I go to. This causes me problems because I view all my news etc via Yahoo! sites, and my e-mail is also Yahoo!. It's extremely annoying, and what's worse is that Firefox themselves don;t seem to have any way of being contacted about this issue. How can this be construed...

Mozilla Firefox - Ontario, Walkerton - Popup Ad Windows

Posted:    John WE Gilbert
Complaint Rating: 50 % with 2 votes
For about 3 or 4 weeks I have been experiencing random new windows opening in Mozilla Firefox, featuring totally unwanted spam advertisements for things like on-line gambling, and on-line fantasy adventure gaming (the two I most remember).

There does not seem to be any discernible pattern as to when these unwelcome windows present themselves, except that it does seem to happen most when I am opening a new tab in an existing window.

There has not been anything too objectionable about the content of these ads so far (no pornography, etc. yet), but the frequency is either...

Mozilla Firefox - unnecessary update popups

It has now taken one hour to get this far trying to complain about Firefox.
Tried their site, went to Contact Us and tried webmaster. Did not go through.
My complaint is: while attempting to view my Yahoo email-this Firefox 3.6 Upgrade popped up each time I viewed an email. Not only is this annoying but it really pissed me off. This is the only area I could get into.
The Mozilla Blog page sited: "The offer screen will only appear after 60 seconds of keyboard inactivity to ensure WE DON'T GET IN THE WAY OF ANYONE'S ACTIVITIES>"
BULL_ _ _ _ !

Mozilla Firefox - Scotland, Strathclyde, Glasgow - crash of address bar

Posted:    astraxan
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 1 votes
The address bar (where you type http://www.something.c...) doesn't follow when I follow a link or move away into a bookmark or something. Instead of that, it remains the same. For example, I may be surfing www.imdb.com and in the address bar it will be still mail.yahoo.com because I was there earlier on. The only way of fixing this has been uninstalling and reinstalling the program. But then again after using the program for two or three days, the same problem still occurs. I've got the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. I have installed some add-ons, I don't know if that could have...

Mozilla Firefox - Blocks Yhaoo email application

Posted:    steven ho
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 1 votes
Mozilla Firefox 3.0.4 has disabled the Yahoo mail application. It lets you get onto the home page, but then does not let you log in to your mail server.

It can clearly be seen in the add-ons under Tools. What are they doing to fix it...? because 3.0.4 is their latest release. If there is something wrong with Yahoo and not Firefox they should let people know rather than just disable the application. If Yahoo has the fault, example a virus, they should inform their users with a date when their Mail Appication can be used again....
