We were supposed to travel to kuala lumpur from kochi (India) on 05/05/14 @ 00.50hrs, and we reached the airport at 09.45hrs, (3 hrs prior), the airport people were saying sorry the flight is cancelled, you need to go back.and we were with two small kids, and did book a tour package at Malaysia for the next 4 days starting from 06/05/2014.So we missed that first day completely, after paying huge amount for that.and then next day we came kuala lumpur at midnight, and we spent there till 09/05/2014, afternoon as our connecting flight to melbourne was at 08.15 the same day, when we came to kuala lumpur...

Just follow-up what I complaint already until now no action for my lost luggage. When I boarded a flight MH806 to Manila, Terminal 1 Ninoy Aquino INTL Airport, on the May 11, 2013 and my one luggage is missing, AHL MNLMH14128.and until now still missing.What i am upset about, they want to pay my lost luggage USD160 only, this amount is for the payment only of my luggage bag and 1guess wallet inside the luggage. They ignore the total cost what inside my luggage its all new and mostly branded.I always follow-up the MAS here in Manila and called them many times until now.MAS do nothing, and just ignore...

Malaysian Airlines - refusal to accept on line booking

Last night 12 February I tried to book on line but because I did not have a mobile telephone number to give I was refused three times although I have a valid land line telephone. As a consequence I had to book through a travel agent which cost me an additional $57.75 for the privilege.

Why doesn't MH website say MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER PREFERRED and, like its contact telephone numbers listed on its complaint form allow intending passengers the choice???
To make matters worse, my complaint on MH complaint website was rejected twice!!

I have never met this...

I have reserve and book my seats which is suppose to be with extra leg room near the emergency exit door through your seat selection system, paid extra 30 euro. But when i boarded the plane my seat was one seat behind the seat which i was suppose to sit.

So there for MAS have a non tally system with seat selection and actual plane seats. When booking was made there was no any seats in front of me and i booked the seats near the exit door with extra leg room. That's...

I made a booking via Malaysian Airlines Online booking service. I logged in as a member but unfortunately upon arriving at the reservation page, I was again asked to log in my ID and password (funny cause I have done so at the system entry point). I did as instructed and hoping that my particulars would appear by default but it did not, instead a blank page was displayed and after trying for several times, I decided to just fill in the info.

However, the form for second passenger did not come out and the system automatically showed a proceed button and after that, all processes e.g....

I get into the flight and sat accordingly as the boarding pass, the steward ask me put my back pack into the cabin and i rejected. i put it under my feet but when the flight start to fly the steward told me that the back pack cannot put under the feet and he take away my back pack and put it on the last cabin. On June 23, I made an online booking for 4 persons to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam October 21 - 25. I entered the date I wanted and clicked on 'Lowest Fare' type.

I have booked a trip home from Australia to Ireland 6 months ago and paid up front for it, now with a mere ten weeks to go have be sent changed iteniary from malaysian airlines which is a total balls up and basically ruines my plans and there is notting i can do about it ... even the insurance wont let me claim the cost of the trip of nearly 10, 000 dollars because you cant claim if the airline changes your flights ...W.T.F... why do we have insurance ?????... after reading some of the compliants about malaysian airlines on here i am not looking forward to the whole experience and i was staying...

I flew from Jakarta to Osaka via Kuala Lumpur with Malaysia Airlines (MH) on 9 January 2010. Arriving in Osaka this morning, 10 January, I could not find my accompanied luggage. I need that luggage badly as my suits, clothes, conference documents, cellphone and camera batteries and many others are in the luggage. I booked my ticket online on malaysian airlines website. everything was fine untill i tried to print out my tickets next week after i booked it and shocked that return dates are not what i booked in for. it was the default date when you enter your going date.

On 26th Sept, i tried making an online booking for my husband and i for a flight back to KL from Denpasar on the 29th Sept. The first time round, my application was rejected, something to the effect that they failed to process my application. and so i tried the second time, which had also failed. After which i gave up and booked AirAsia instead, which came through fine.

After i've succeeded purchasing the AirAsia tickets (FINALLY, at 4am, after taking me 4 hours to scour cheaper flights thro MAS and book, only to be rejected), i logged-on to my email to get the AirAsia online...

On 14-10-2009 I bought 2 return tickets for Penang to Male, travelling on the 10-04-2010 and returning 15-04-2010. I received a confirmation email to my personal email address on the same day. The trip is for a wedding ceremony and honeymoon in Maldives.

The problem with my booking is that while we are in Maldives, we were informed that there is no flight on the 15-04-2010. We found this out late in the evening on 14-04-2010.
