I am very upset with this company and the way they handle their customers. I ordered the free trial they offered and paid $9.95 for shipping (it came in a first class envelope that weighed only a few ounces.) The way the offer read was very confusing. The product tasted awful and is bulky and hard to handle. I asked for a refund after my bank account was debited $99.09. I was told-no refunds after ten days from the day it was sent out. The woman I spoke with on the phone was rude and insulting. Her conversation sounded rehearsed.

I am using the Knight Stick brand and I am very happy with it BUT unlike everyone else I bought my starter kit from my local Smoke Shop it only cost $18.00 and I got 2 cartridges a battery and a usb charger. I also buy my refills at the same Smoke shop and I only pay $10.00 for 5 of them. This is a great alternative to smoking but after everything I just read on here I am glad that I did not try a free trial. My advice is go to a smoke shop if you don't have one in your area try a Liqueur store or gas station. If you go to a gas station DO NOT BUY 21st CENTURY brand the cartridges are always empty. Another brand that I use is very inexpensive also and you can order them on a web site with no recurring charges Give it a try. I do a lot of work on computers and I advise all my customers to get a pre paid visa card and use that for all internet transactions because if you don't have money on the card then they cant scam you with recurring charges.
https://www.imperialcigs.com this is a good honest site that I have had great luck with and their starter kit is only $22.00 Good luck and I hope this Imfo was helpful.

I had the same issue. Guy was a complete dick on the phone. Rude foreigners! I had to call my credit card company and refuse charges before they finally removed it. The jerk on the phone said he would send me another for free and I never even received that. When I called back the **ckers hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

I agree with Karl1971, I've called them several times and usually get threw just fine. And I've sent them an email they called me within hours. Mostly I speak with a wonderful woman by the name of Betty and she has always been pleasent. Once she even called me to be sure I had recieved my order and if I was happy with it. They have replaced battery parts thet went bad too soon and replaced faulty cartridges for me. I have had no bad experiences with rude opperators. OK so maybe you were not happy with the product and your disapointed. You can't please everyone. People tend to be more accomodating if their treated with respect, even customer service reps.

You know, everyone should read the fine print before getting anything online or offline for that matter. I have a Knight Stick and I have had it for about 8 months I love it. I ordered 30 of them for my store got them in two days nice packaging, the cartrages last almost 2 days so it's like having 2 packs of cigarettes. most people procrastanate and they get mad at the company, I bet when you called you were rude to the operator. thats why I would hang up on someone. and you know theres two sides to every story. Before bad mouthing a company read all the terms first. Most of us are impulse buyers. so the only one to blame is yourselves. I bet if you looked in the mirror you might not like what you see.
Any way it's just food for thought. and everyone I talked to at the company was very nice so why is it that you all get the only bad operators? if you worry about a burn on your lips from the product. what about the burn on your lips and in your lungs from a real cig. at least with the knight stick you don't blow smoke in other peoples faces! I hope this wasn't too over the top. and I hope everybody has a nice night.

Having known these scammers just too well, i read through the T&C and found that they will auto charge my credit card and cancellation was a tough one to get done.
So i one upped them.
Gave them a credit card with only $15 limit.
I have been a banker at the fraud prevention dept and i know these companies cover their butts with T&Cs.
Remember a few simple rules and avoid being duped by these shysters --
1) Never use your debit card (as much as you can avoid) at least never online
2) Use credit card where ever possible, and then pay it off (easier to dispute fraud)
3) Use cards with fraud protection and zero liability (Amex, Chase, Wells, BoA, etc)
4) Set cap limits on cards for your own self, and dependents (change easily with mobile banking as needed)
5) Most importantly, use services like paypal etc where ever possible ONLINE
6) Another great option is to use Temporary Small Limit Credit Card numbers issued by your bank
7) Worth repeating... don't use your debit / ATM card online which is attached to your checking/savings

My boyfriend wanted to order this and I warned him about all these so called " free offers...just pay shipping " only to have them keep charging your card. I told him to use his PRE PAID VISA card, and ONLY put the total amount for shipping on it, nothing more. That way, they CAN'T take any more money out, and you have just beaten them at their own game ! Do this for pretty much anything you order, if you aren't sure and READ THE FINE PRINT ALWAYS !

I have to admit that when I first got the E-cigarette and tried it. IT SUCKED! Those first few drags really sucked. It is awkward to hold and felt different than a real cigarette. So I set it aside and did nothing with it for several months. In the mean time I continued to receive monthly shipments. Well, then I decided to give it another try. This time I tried alternating between this and the real thing. The first few puffs of a new filter have that odd taste but then it stops and you get use to the little bit if taste that’s left. After a few days of dropping the darn thing I got used to the feel of it and it actually began distracting me from wanting a real cig. So, after just a few days, I stopped smoking the real ones all together and have been on the e-cigarette solely for the past 12 days. I do not feel nearly as anxious as I did on past attempts to quit. And I'm not substituting food for cigarettes. Of course I do keep busy all day and try to avoid a crowd of smokers but this thing actually does work for me and if you are very serious about kicking the expensive crutch too then you might give this thing a better, more open minded try. By the way, drinking lots of water and juice w/ vit C helps rid the body of the toxins faster, thus having the withdraws subside much faster. I have been a pack a day smoker for 30 years. I have absolutely no health issues. I feel perfectly fine and my doctor cannot believe how clear my lungs are. I enjoy smoking, I always have. I am not quitting now because I am on deaths door. I am quitting because of the expense and because I like to travel. And smoking makes flying frustrating. Besides, a pack a day is $1825.00 a year and that would make for a fun week in Costa Rica and that’s why I’m quitting.

I can't get thru with any of the numbers I have tried either and ended up with another payment after trying all different times of day to get thru. I am going to file a complaint with my bank and let them fight the battle to get my money back for the last month and get it all cancelled. This is rediculous!

OK, maybe I got lucky, I called [protected] to cancel my order, I entered the prompt, (4) got a rep on the line almost immediately. She was polite and canceled my subscription immediately. I then got a confirmation email seconds later confirming my cancellation.
Good luck to all trying to cancel.

I just called Knight Sticks customer service to cancel my subscription after receiving the free trial offer. I had absolutely no problems. Customer service picked up the phone almost immediately, and the rep was very friendly, and canceled my order without hesitation. Maybe I just got lucky. Call [protected], prompt number four for cancellations.

I actually really like the product...I have the Joye 510 and Blu and I like Knight Sticks the best! yes, they are outrageously expensive, but they state clearly in their advertisement that you will be charged additional after the trial period, plus a "subscription" of carts per month. A way around this is to call and cancel before the trial date ends...they don't ask you to return the product...and then go to their website to order additional refills if you like them. They have recently cut their monthly price in half (no doubt due to complaints) so it is more reasonable now. I feel that it is a great, reliable product and the cartridges last forever...much longer than other brands...so you really do get what you pay for in this case. This was my first e-cig and I tried others, but ultimately found this to be perfect for me on every level.

I have had great experiences with their customer service as well...there was a problem when I ordered extra cartridges and for some reason the order never shipped. When they figured out what the problem was, they apologized and sent me a month's worth of free cartridges (in addition to my order) just to keep me as a customer! Just read the fine print before you buy anything...there is absolutely no deception here; they are very clear about the amount that will be charged to your card, and what you can do to prevent it. They are quick to cancel the membership if you so choose...all you have to do is take some responsibility!

This is NOT a SCAM ! This is a membership that covers your e-cig. If anything breaks they deal with it promptly and quickly to make it right. It is insurance in a way. They also send you 10 Cartridges that are refillable. I have never had any problems with this company. I am sorry for the ones who have. Any problems I have had or concerns that I have had they have helped me with. All I have paid was the membership price and no more than that. It is a membership to cover your e-cig and cartridges.

I ordered this product about a month ago; it was my first ecig. I actually really, really liked it...I really like the tobacco flavor. I lost the charger a couple days later and called in and they sent me out a new one free of charge...which actually ended up being a whole new starter kit, including the charger! At the time I placed my order I also paid $9.99 for a 5-pack of menthol carts. After a few weeks I still had not received them and called back in a couple times and was told they were on back order. I finally got them today and they aren't too bad, except they are in ultra low nicotine strength which I don't like. Anyhow...throughout the waiting for the menthol carts they extended my trial period until July 1 (I ordered around May 10) so I could have proper time to evaluate the product. I since ordered the Blu starter pack, thinking "man these ecigs are awesome...gotta get more!" I liked that Blu has a charging pack and different flavors. Suffice it to say...Blu is horrid in comparison! While I love that it is a smaller cig and has a portable charger pack, and the flavors are delicious, you only get two to three good hits before it stops producing vapor and you have to "adjust" the cart in various ways to get it to work again. I actually like the Knight Stick better! I don't like how bulky it is, but I love how long the battery lasts and the flavor/strength of the tobacco carts. However, I don't think that $79 for a monthly 10-cart supply is anywhere near reasonable, so I will not be continuing the subscription. They must have stopped the $90.09 charge as there was nothing regarding it in my contract, and I asked a rep and they sayd there is no charge other than the shipping and monthly refill charge. I ordered some liquid online and have been refilling the cartomizers that came with Knight Stick and have had very good results...huge clouds of smoke, long battery life, and a pretty good throat hit. But, vaping is a pretty personal experience and everybody has their own flavor. I personally have had good results and have had great customer service. Maybe after a year of people complaining they have upped their game? :)

my daughter got these for me but i don't want her to pay all this money because it seems to be working for me. i believe you have to try get some control of your need for smoking. i want my daughter to cancel only because you shouldn't have to pay all this money for something that was suppose to be free. how many puffs are you really suppose to do. you didn't even discuss that. how will i know if it is not agreeing with me. clean up your add and not just think about money and you might sell more.

I live in upstate NY. I'm paying nearly $7 per pack for the cheapest cigarettes I can get. I came accross the Knight Sticks "Free Starter Kit" offer. Like everyone else I was eager to try the product for only $6.95 S&H. I placed my order without fully reading the terms & conditions. (Luckily the order confirmation email points out the 10-day trial and gives details on how to cancel).

Before my Starter Kit Arrived, my wife was admitted into Albany Med and placed on life support. At that time she would have been there more than thirty days and we would have lost her monthly disability check. I had been laid of since Oct. 2009, (this was March 2010), and had not gone back to work as I was taking care of her.

Initially when I called to cancel my trial, they pulled the same "plus sales" tricks. Then when I explained my situation, and that I actually thought that the product would work for me, I was just not financially able at this point, they were actually very supportive and understanding. They made me a "promotional offer" which I turned down. They said that whenever I am financially able, to call them back and mention the promotional offer as it would still be in my customer file. I thanked them for the opportunity to test the product and asked if I should return it, (starter kit), in the same material I received it in.
They said that the kit was mine to keep for trying their product.

I really don't know what the $99.90 was for. Since then I've gotten two calls from them asking if I was ready to try the product again. (A little pushy, but in today's world that's not uncommon and in the end determines who gets the bonus on their end).

I can't say that I've had the same experience as everyone else.

I wanted to post my experience and give everyone a small tip.

I have an account with paypal. ( http://www.paypal.com ).
It is free and is linked to your checking account and/or credit card as a funding source.
I have the PayPal Debit Card which links to my paypal account.
They also have plugins/toolbars for Firefox and internet explorer.
My tip is this, I use the plugins for firefox as well as internet explorer for this reason.
Whenever you make an only purchase, you can do so with your paypal account.
The plugin can automatically generate a "one-time use" credit card that links to your paypal account. Once it has been used, it's no longer valid for purchases and all purchases against it are refused. (I think it's called a Secure Card).

(I have a business account and earn 10% cash back on all my Credit Card Signature purchases. I don't know if it's the same for personal accounts.)

both are free and secure.

I wish everyone good luck with their cancelations.

Ripped off,
I'm so mad at my self for being stupid enough to order the knight sticks product. Smoking the real thing does'nt
cost me that much at one time! I do advise anyone out there that is considering buying the product to read these complaints, When you order do it by phone and talk to a real person, so you can ask questions and don't order via the internet like I did.

DO NOT BUY FROM KINGHTSTICKS/SUPREME BRAND.

IT'S OFFICIAL MY 7TH E-STICK HAS SHORTED OUT AND NOW I AM STUCK WITH OVER $300 IN PRODUCT AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME.

THEY PUT ME ON A LIST THAT DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO ORDER FROM THEM AND TODAY I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THEM TO SEE IF I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN ANY OF THEIR SPECIALS.

WHO EVER THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS SHOULD FIRE ROBERT DAVIES HE IS INCOMPETENT .

I FOLLOWED ALL THEIR INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THEIR E-CIG AND 7 TIMES THE E-CIG FAILED BETWEEN 3 AND 4 CHARGES. CHARGES THAT ONLY LASTED 5 HOURS BEFORE RE-CHARGING.

ROBERT DAVIES CLAIMED THAT KNIGHSTICKS E-CIG WOULD LAST 700 HOURS. HOWEVER, MINE ONLY LASTED 15 TO 20 HOURS.

BE AWARE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM KNIGHTSTICKS AKA SUPREME BRAND, THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR OWN PRODUCT.

I HAVE GIVEN THEM OVER $300 AND THEY REFUSE TO SHIP REPLACEMENT E-STICK BATTERIES AFTER THEIR BATTERIES IN THEIR E-STICKS SHORTED WITHIN 1 WEEK OF RECEIVING 6 SEPARATE STICKS. AND WAITING A WEEK EACH TIME FOR ANOTHER TO ARRIVE. THEY DID REPLACE EACH E-STICK AT NO COST.

SO FAR THE 7TH STICK IS KEEPING IT'S CHARGE AFTER 3 CHARGES AND 1 WEEK AND I AM PLEASED WITH THIS BUT THEY REFUSE TO SELL ANY MORE PRODUCT TO ME BECAUSE OF THE PRIOR NEEDED 6 OTHER E-CIG BATTERY STICKS THAT WAS REPLACED AT THEIR COST.

WHEN I SPOKE TO MR. ROBERT DAVIES (WHO HAS REPRESENTED HIMSELF AS SUPERVISOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE) HE PERSONALLY PUT MY NAME ON A LIST NOT ALLOWING ME TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY SUPREME BRANDS. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND HE SAID HE WAS IT. THEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY AND HE GAVE ME A SASSY REMARK SAYING THAT WOULD BE LIKE ASKING TO SPEAK TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, HAHAHAHA, I DON'T THINK SO, APPLES AND ORANGES.

IF HE REALLY STOOD BY HIS ABOVE STATEMENT HE WOULD NOT HAVE BE SAYING SUCH CHILDISH STATEMENTS AND BE MORE CONCERNED WITH TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE THE DEFECT ARE AND HOW TO FIX THEM AND CONTINUE TO SELL TO SOMEONE WHO WAS WILLING TO PURCHASE.

FOR THAT REASON I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST FOR EVERYONE TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. WHY INVEST IN SOMETHING THAT KICKS YOU OUT JUST BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE.

THEY WON'T BE AROUND FOR LONG SO PLEASE BE AWARE THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT.

I know of many people who have tried this product and have achieved their goal to stop smoking. The offer is a try it before you buy it. The people that are complaining "CLEARLY" are not responsible enough to read the terms of the agreement before they click I agree...If you don't understand, have not read or you're not clear...Don't Purchase The Product! What you should "NOT" do is agree to something you don't understand and then call SCAM when the terms you agreed to cost you what "YOU" agreed to. Below you will find the terms of the "CLEARLY" outlined...NOT IN FINE PRINT! Terms and conditions. Last for those that say the customer service department was not available to assist with the cancellation...E-MAIL. The people complaining want something for free and that all they saw.

CAREFULLY READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW BEFORE ORDERING:

When you order this Special Offer from Knight Sticks your credit card will be charged for shipping and handling for a 10-day Trial Supply of Knight Sticks (which includes one e-cigarette including lithium battery, two nicotine cartridge refills and a USB charger). You will have 10 days from the day your order is shipped to try Knight Sticks. At the end of your 10-day trial period you will be charged $99.90 for the Knight Sticks e-cigarette kit you received. If you find Knight Sticks is not right for you, simply cancel within 10 days of your original shipment date and you will not be charged anything further. To ensure you don’t run out of refill cartridges, 15 days after your order is shipped out and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent a month supply of Knight Sticks refill cartridges (15 cartridges) and your credit card will be billed $49.90 plus $9.95 shipping and handling.

I ordered the Knightsticks in January 2010 and I was happy with what I received and called customer service to order the re-fills and they gave me a great deal of approximately $110 which included the initial kit plus 3 packs of 5 cartridges. I was fine with this until after 7 days my electronic cigarette stopped charging. I called customer service and they were very good about sending me another e-cig at no cost because it was covered under a 60 day warranty. Within 6 weeks I had to get another e-cig because the e-cig continued to stop charging after 2 to 7 days of use. Yes they replaced the e-cigs 7 times. Two days ago, April 19th, I received my 6th and 7th e-cig and they were courteous enough to send me 2 e-cigs twice. After the second day again the 6th e-cig has stopped charging. So once again today April 21, 2010 called customer service at [protected] and spoke to the supervisor of the call center his name is Robert. Robert has blacklisted me, meaning they will not replace my e-cigs and will not sell me any more product; because of the number of times they have had to replace them. According to Robert there has never been so many replacements of the e-cig that he knows of. I tried to have him explain why this would be happening to me but he couldn't give me any answers and just says that they will no longer sell product to me. Well in the meantime I have 3 packs of cartridges that I haven't opened and will not be able to use because the e-cig I have left will probably burn out before I can use the other cartridges. When I asked Robert how long they are suppose to last he said at least 300 charges, well my longest lasted 14 charges.
BOTTOM LINE: NOT ONLY WILL THEY NOT SELL TO ME BUT I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT ANYONE OUT THERE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

STAY AWAY FROM KNIGHTSTICKS THE WILL ROB YOU.
I received my trail and within 5 days the battery broke. They replaced it at no charge and then they kept replacing it again 7 times to be exact. I even reordered the cartridges. I put $330 into this company and their batter stick just keeps shorting out.
Get this I have been BLACK LISTED, no longer to order because they keep sending me replacement e-sticks and not my fault they keep shorting out. I asked how long they are suppose to last for and was given a random 700 hours and my only lasted 7 hours.
I wanted to return my unused cartridges for a refund and they won't do that. AGAIN THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU.Now I have 3 packs of unused cartridges and can't use them.
I HOPE EVERYONE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND THEY SHUT DOWN.

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM. Your ten day trial period starts the minute they ship it, so by the time you receive it, you're already days into your trial. They charge the $99.90 right away and definitely do not wait 15 days to send you new cartridges and charge your account. On top of that, the "customer service" department is the WORST I've ever encountered. The "supervisor" (Robert) actually had the audacity to accuse me of "tying up his customer service line." When I asked for the corporate address so I could write a letter, he told me THEY HAD NO ADDRESS. I even called back hoping for a different rep and she also said they had no address. When I asked where their correspondence gets sent, she said they don't get any correspondence. There are plenty of other reputable e-cigarette companies out there...DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ONE!

No Return Policy (Knight Stick SCAM)! Wrong or Right?

I read these post after I ordered my free trial. I called right back and wanted to cancel but decided that quitting smoking was more important. So I did cancel my free trial order because I did not want money taking out of my account on a monthly basis. So I decided to order the E-Cigarette my self and pay 74.00. This way I would not have to worry about them scamming me and taking my money 10 day after it ships. Now I knew I was dealing with a shady company but after not recieving my product for a week after ordering it I got a little nervous. So I called them today to discuss my options of cancelling my order. LISTEN to this people. They told me " I can cancell, but I will not recieve my refund" I said this is customer service right? I told her I have not recieved it yet and that I have the right to cancel and she told me I did not. I guess they have your money and thats all they care about. She told me it is a consumer product and it is against the law to return it. So please do not give this company anymore business. They do not deserve it. Although, I have not recieved the product I will update to tell you if I like the E-cigarette that I'm not privilidge to return and get my refund. Look I usually do not deal with ### but quitting is very important to me and my family. So I chalk it up as a loss for now. But if it does help me quit then it was worth the stress of dealing with a company of this status. I can promise you this they are reviewing this complaint board. Well that all folks I guess I feel better now. Thanks to this SCAM Therapy session. The person I did speak to was nice enough though. Please let me know if this is the case of not being able to cancell and get a refund if you have not recieved it. Because it is apples and oranges when you order with a real company like ZAPPOS.com.

I recieved mine today and have not had a smoke all day. It is a little on the bigger side but the taste is fine and if it keeps working for me it was worth the 99.08 I paid. Sorry some of you on here are not having a good experience. Good luck to you. But I love mine.

I had good luck with a man named Tom from IN Source, the California company that carries KnightSticks as one of its products. ALL my money was refunded within a couple of hours. Tom seemed genuinely concerned with the underhanded dealings and rude customer service at KnightSticks. You can reach Tom at 310.817.6741. Maybe if we register enough complaints, Knight Sticks will find themselves without a supplier, out of business. We can always hope...

I ended up keeping my Knight Sticks starter kit and paying for the refills, so I didn't have to go through the headache of returning it. But I feel like the conditions were outlined clearly in the offer. And I've never had any major problems with the customer service. A couple times they screwed up the shipping of my order, but they rectified the problem very quickly after I called in again. I've dealt with way more incompetent businesses.

Look, the bottom line is that it's an expensive product. But since I've been using the Knight Sticks, I've cut down on the amount of real cigarettes I smoke significantly. Sure, they don't taste great, but you get used to it after a while, and it's a helpful way to cut back on real cigarettes which contain a harmful amount of tar and carbon monoxide.

The catch is that they are expensive. So what? If you can't pay for it, don't get it. If you've lived in America long enough, you should be more guarded about deals that sound too good to be true.

Thank God I paid for my trial order with Paypal. I had no problem at all getting my money back. Eluma is the better brand anyway (in my opinion).

I had no problem with them. I read the terms before I bought, and thought it was worth the money I might potentially spend to quit smoking. I tried it, didn't like it (it was too strong, plus I'm a menthol smoker), and called the number on the letter that came with my order. They did make it seem like I might have to return the product, but I called them on it, very politely, and they agreed to cancel my order. Then they asked if I might like the deal cancelled, and only pay $49 for the product plus keep my account in good standing in case I wanted to give it to someone else to try, and since several of my friends are trying to quit as well, I agreed. I TOTAL I was on the phone about 8 minutes (although I must confess I have a speakerphone so the 4 minutes on hold wasn't nearly as annoying as it could be) and their CSR was very pleasant. I might add, that I tried nicotine gum as well, and this was WAAAAAY better. Overall, I give it a plus. I didn't really expect it to be exactly the same, after all, it's not a new brand of tobacco cigarette. I think most of the people complaining of a scam are those who are unwilling to take responsibility for reading terms and agreements.

Although I agree about many of the internet scams out there Charlie Brown, I can't say anthing bad about KnightSticks, myself. And no, I'm not an employee of KnightSticks or any affiliated companies. I purchased mine back in January and hadn't had a problem at all. ALL I SEE ARE A BUNCH OF [censored]ES WHO CAN'T READ THE DAMNED TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE THEY PAY THE $9.95 SHIPPING FOR THE TRIAL! Yes, I payed for the trial and the $90.99 for the KnightStick and $59.00 for a months refill, then canceled the account without any issues whatsoever. The only complaint I had were the sales calls afterward about "free" gift cards. I submitted my complaint about them on this site and they have stopped.

If anyone still thinks I'm affiliated with KnightSticks, feel free to send me an e-mail and I will be happy to copy and paste their terms and conditions in a reply and explain anything needed. Although I'm not sure how you can't understand the workd TRIAL, or 10 DAYS (no it does not say working days). david.kostelnik@us.army.mil

I always look for the following signs to tell me if a site is about to scam you:-

First off, try and close the window. If another smaller window pops up asking if you really want to leave this site, and offering a couple of "yes" / "no"
type buttons, then they are gonna scam you.

If the cost is nowhere to be seen on the initial page you look at, there is a likelihood that something just aint right.

If there are too many glowing customer reports, ditto.

If a load of videos of the product are on the page, ditto.

Also-

If you are unsure of the product, google the product name with the word "scam" added.

If a product is advertised as "free" look closely for the real costs, because they WILL be there somewhere.

Use a bank account/card that isn't related to your main account. If you DO order the product, use that card for your order, then make darn sure it has no money in it for a few weeks after that. I imagine most banks would let you open an additional basic checking account for free.

So I ordered Knight Sticks in January... for weeks I've been getting 4 or more calls a day from [protected]. Usually I ignore them, but tonight I answered. They had my name, credit card number, my address, and obviously my phone number. When I asked the lady where she got my information she hung up on me. Try to call back it's busy. So I started doing research on the interne...found this site. http://www.callercomplaints.com/SearchResult.aspx?Phone=866-491-2180
Knight Sticks keeps coming up, so I called them. It took 20 minutes on hold before I got an answer. As soon as the guy spoke I told him I needed to speak to his supervisor. Of course, he was... right... so after speaking with a "supervisor" for more than 15 minutes I finally realized a lawyer is the only way to get anywhere. He repeatedly told me that they are a million dollar company, that has no need to sell my information and that it would be a waste of my money and time b/c they would win. Really. So, I'm contacting a lawyer. Anyone else who gave their information to Knight Sticks that wants to join me please email me - StopKnight@maileater.com

Scam Artists.

getknightsticks.com will sell any info including your credit card number to telemarketing companies. If you ordered form their site and then canceled, be prepared for telemarketers calling you. These are very unprofessional people and do NOT buy ANYTHING from these scam artists.

I have 100% proof that they sell your info to telemarketing companies, including your credit card information. BEWARE!
