On 1/25/15 due to winter storm Juno I had to purchase two new tickets to avoid a weather cancellation. I changed the flight from 1/27/15 to 1/26/15 from JFK to Long Beach, CA. For two people this cost me $1409.76.

jetBlue’s web page on 1/25/15 stated: Due to Winter Storm Juno we will waive change/cancel fees and fare differences for customers traveling on Monday, January 26, 2015 through January 27, 2015 to/from the following cities: New York, NY (JFK).

Let me set the scenario for you. There were 7 travelers total. The flight from Raleigh to Puerto Rico cost them $150 each. Everything to Puerto Rico was wonderful and there were no problems.
Coming home was different. Each traveler paid $170.00 for their airline tickets. Five of them are under the age of 9 and were traveling with their 68 year old grandmother. The other is 18 years old. DON'T get fooled, when JetBlue offers you this insurance, that covers nothing...they mislead you into thinking that the insurance is good if you need to cancel for any reason. Not a DEATH, OR a PROVEN MEDICAL emergency.. its a scammmmmmmm

I flew this summer on JetBlue (first time) on a DIRECT flight from Long Beach to JFK. I was told to check my bag as the flight would be full. I said is it going to be safe? The agent said yes--especially as you are on a direct flight and you have arrived well before the baggage deadline. So the bag was check. IT NEVER came on the luggage carousel. So I filed a claim. I followed up every day as I was in NYC for business and needed everything that was in that bag. Nothing. I called after the trip and asked about the reimbursement process. I attempted to book a round trip from Boston to Las Vegas. After going through everything through seat selection (and upgrading to "Even More Legroom"), I pressed "Continue" and was bounced from the site. Hit back button and attempted to re-book and fare increased on return flight. Called to speak with a supervisor who continuously lied to me (all JetBlue.com activity is on "my computer", not on JetBlue server, could not adjust fare through direct adjustment or issuance of credit, etc). Not the way to run a business - especially one that will be suffering once again as the economic recovery appears...

I went to fly from Orlando to Washington/Dulles airport today. When I got to the airport and went to check in, I was notified that the flight had been changed, and would be leaving 3 hours later. I was upset, as I could have been in bed for 3 more hours but more importantly, I had people meeting me at my destination - some taking time off from work to do so. My wife and I just booked flights on JetBlue. When I thereafter checked on the number of points that the flights added to my JetBlue account, the JetBlue website said that my points (which were significant) had expired five days earlier. I have a major problem with Jetblue. Transferred from American Express 83, 000 points in May 2010. December of 2010 had an accident that caused me to not be able to fly due to a leg in a leg brace and could not be bent to sit in a seat, had two operations and was in bed most of the time. In May the points expired and Jetblue will do nothing about this. I told them I can provide Dr. documentation, still they couldn't care less. I am so angry over the principle of this whole thing. What a terrible, terrible company. Always flew them from Long Beach to Kennedy, but no more....

1.Cancelled my flight
2. Rebooked me on a new flight, but double booked my seat with a 4 yr old.
3. was late on my rebooked flight, so I missed my connector
4. was rude when I inquired about getting another connector flight
5. lost my luggage
6. did absolutely NOTHING to make me feel like a valued customer

I recently booked a flight on Jetblue from Hartford, CT to Orlando, Fl. The day of the flight was beautiful and as we drove about 1 1/2 hours to Hartford from our home we expected no problems with our flight. I booked a flight on Jetblue from Orlando to Buffalo (2 Tickets), I needed a certain window of time so I logged on to the Jetblue website. Jet blue had the time I needed for the two hour flight. The diagram was a large plane, (airbus ?) there was a section (in parenthesis) that required more money ($50) per ticket. Booked two recent trips on JetBlue. Both times received email saying "for detailed receipt click traveller name" with a hyperlink on the name. Upon taking the trips, I was gathering materials to submit for business reimbursement and the links will not give me receipts. I called yesterday evening to make a small change to my Jetblue reservation. The cost of the original flight was $105. I was told that the change would cost me the difference in the price of the ticket, $20, plus a $50 change fee. I told them I would call back the next morning and make the booking. To my surprise, they now wanted to charge me a $100 change fee. I have flown JetBlue a few times and on all previous occasions the experience has been very good. However, in this most recent case, when my flight from JFK was canceled, they had a very difficult time handling what should be fairly routine occurrences, like canceled flights or schedule changes, and the so-called supervisors were very rude and curt. In one instance, when trying to figure out the new booking for a later flight, the supervisor stopped explaining the new flight schedule in mid-sentence to walk over to a fellow co-worker and began chatting. Wow. I used to love JetBlue. I have recommended it to hundreds of people, since I've been flying JetBlue since 2 weeks after it went into business. But after tonight's two hours on the phone on hold and then finally with a very nice but ineffectual representative, I will be reevaluating my family's travel choices, and closing our JetBlue American Express cards. I will also open a formal complaint with American Express.

I called today (2/5/10) to redeem my remaining Old TrueBlue Award for a date five (5) months from today. I was told that there were no award seats available...
