This agency does not stand by their customers They will not refund money they go by airline policies this is how they get around no refunds. Very crooked company! They are not cheap by any means they show you cheap options when looking then you go through the check out process and they tack on more fees! So I dont reccomend this agency to anyone! Dont use them.

I booked a flight for my son and I 4 days ago through Cheap O Air. They declined our purchase though we had just put money in our bank. Then they held our money from the declined purchase and wouldn't release it for 3 to 5 days. On day 5, I got an email from them saying they "cancelled" our flight and the money will be returned in 7 to 14 days to our account. In the meantime, I have no money and no tickets to go on my trip. Cheap O Air is a scam company and should be shut down for the many complaints against them. Why they are still up and taking bookings for unsuspecting customers is beyond me. Known scammers should be sued and banned from conning the public.

Cancelled reservation within 24 hours. I never did received my refund. Cheapoair also lied about several things.

1. Cheapo air lied about the bank did not disclose the refund.

2. Hotel did wont pay the refund.

Cheapoair is not just unreliable but untrustworthy.

I would never do business with them ever again. I spent over 2000 dollars. I did not use their services.

The company should be shut down.

I rang support immediately after booking flights when I realised that the dates were wrong. If the support person would have told me that I could change flights within 1 hr of making it (as per Jetstar's Website) I would have been able to reschedule.

Instead I got the run around, ended up losing the money on the Jetstar flight and got charged a $50 USD cancellation fee. I am not happy that within minutes of booking the flights I could have rescheduled as per the airlines procedures but was not made aware of this. Not at all happy.

I bought this ticket, but then somebody called me to told me that the airline change my flight,but I told them that flight did not work for me.and i need my refund a right to customer,but the workers from cheapoair tried to scam and lied me that my flight was already cancel and they send my comfirmation by email,but i never received that

Hi to whom this may concern, I had a booking with cheapoair, booking number [protected] and cancelled my flight within 24 hours, I was told to get a refund from an agent while I was cancelling my ticket, the next day I contacted cheapoair to confirm my card information. Agent told me that i am not eligible for a refund and that I can get a voucher from airlines. After weeks I was told I am not eligible for a voucher as well. I was promised twice from cheapoair and they have broken their promise. This is very painful as stressful as I am trying to receive my funds, I had covid 19 and had to cancel my ticket for the safety of other passengers. If someone can help me, I tried several times talking with cheapoair and made it clear that they promised me with a refund or voucher, and even asked to hear the call as it was recorded. No one is trying to help me. I am a single mother and is to much for me to lose.

When money was deducted for booked flights we immediately noticed that cheapoair deducted more than the quoted amount. We then cancelled the flights. Now we are told that they will only repay 7-14 days. We need this money as we are immigrating.

Cheapoair keeps sending me emails stating that they tried to phone me but I have not received any phone calls. I even went to my mobile service provider to ensure I can receive international calls. We are in South Africa.

I need my money please!

I will not advise anyone of my friends to use cheapoair.

My flight was booked through Cheapoair on May 09/2023, flying PIA Lahore to Karachi, August 31st, then Emirates, Karachi to Dubai, then Dubai to Mauritius also on Emirates . Cost ($675.94) I had added travel insurance ($44.95) Booking [protected]

The PIA flight was overbooked so I was denied boarding and there were no other flights to get me to Karachi, in time to catch the Emirates to Mauritius flights. However, the travel insurance should have covered this problem.

When I rang cheapoair to rebook, they wanted $1500 to rebook. Eventually I was able to rebook online through Facebook Emirates but at a cost of $974, which still left me a lot out of pocket. So, I am requesting a refund for the ticket as the ticket insurance should cover this situation.

Good morning

I have not expected this from cheapOair, purchased a ticket with booking #[protected] on 09/19/2023 and it was automatically cancelled by the system but the amount was deducted from my account. I have tried talking to the responsible department but nothing has been done.

Contacted the bank and a reversal process was initiated but the amount was deducted same time it reached my account on 21 September that's according to the bank statement though I didn't receive any bank alert.

Please assist me on this matter.

My wife and I called Cheapoair customer service on Monday 9/25 around 11:00AM EST to request information on a previous cancelled flight. I believe the person's name we spoke to was Harmon (?). This representative was the most disrespectful and condescending person I have ever spoken to. Not only was he not helpful, but he was very argumentative. When we asked to speak to his manager, he even threatened to block our number for future calls.

My name is Judy Dunn (email address [protected]@outlook.com). We have an account with Cheapoair and use your services quite often. Being treated like this makes one think twice.

Please address this issue as needed and do what is necessary to prevent this type of issue with customers in the future. I believe your calls are recorded, so please review for your information.

I have cancelled my flight from Boston to Istanbul on 31th of August (Ticket number [protected]). I am calling Cheapoair every day and receiving a reply that I will get my money back in 7-14 business days. 19 days already passed. The issue is not resolved. Still no refund, even no confirmation that my refund has been processed. Awful customer service. The refund amount is $ 1437.20. Cheapoair charged a cancellation fee and still to response

For the first time I put a complain after 5 years of being a customer.One representative from the billing section (K.I initial)really stressed me out a lot the way He handled my issue.He kept talking instead of listening first to my concern that leads us to a lot of misunderstandings.He was very impolite and kept repeating the things that I already said with his sarcastic voice that made my blood pressure up..

I hope that this kind of issues will be resolved and addressed specifically to that representative.

I am now stuck in Toronto which was not my destination. It cost me more than I needed to spend to buy clothes because my baggage was to go to my final destination. I know there is an issue in British Columbia but I don't think they treated me well as it relates to resolving the issue. I understand that it is an unprecedented time but recommending a good solution for a newcomer would have been a better option.

Booking reference [protected], FCMSAR. I had trouble with baggage fee. ON INBOUND LEG from Washington to Atlanta I was charged 100$ for my first (only) bag by American Airlines whereas it should be free; quoted reason was that it is a joint ticket with Qatar and their policy applies. I filed a complaint and got the refund from cheapoair, I also asked the agent online that I hope similar problem doesn’t happen on return. ON RETIRN journey I had two bags, I was charged 100$ for 2nd bag by American from Atlanta to Washington whereas it is supposed to be 40$ as per their policy but they said it is Qatar’s policy which applies. On second leg I was charged 100$ by Qatar for second bag whereas as per Qatar policy they allow two bags but they said that it is American Airlines policy which applies on this leg. So I paid at Atlanta on American as per Qatar policy and at Washington on Qatar airlines as per American Airlines policy. Please resolve and refund. To summarise I paid extra 100$ on inbound and 200$ extra on return leg; so selling cheap tickets without disclosing full details and such loopholes is really something with cheapoair needs to reconsider, customers should be told everything in a transparent manner.
