Sizes run large but easy returns
I like ordering from this company. Their sizes run very large so you need to order one or two sizes down from your norm. I think the quality is pretty good. Their returns and exchanges are extremely easy and you get a refund in a very timely manner. I would recommend ordering from them

I have ordered quite a few times for myself, sisters, niece. I have not ordered skirts or slacks but I can say for the tops and sweaters they do tend to run one size larger than most other sites. So for example if you normally wear a Misses large, I suggest to order a size medium. All my shipments have been timely and accurate.

Used to be a good company.
I started buying from Blair in the 1980's. While their clothing was not up to department store standards even then, it was decent, fit right and customer service was a delight to deal with, anything wrong they made right. Today they are a marketer of poorly made, inferior, ill fitting clothing made in overseas "factories". Their customer service appears to be based in the Philippines, good luck dealing with them. Clothing like their long running line of velour pull over shirts have been thinned and cheapened to the point of being unwearable.
Recommendation: Stay away, you can find better stuff at Walmart of all places.

Knit pant received 8/8/2023
when I placed an order, as I usually do with Blair, ordering knit pants that I have ordered in the past. What I received was a grey, and cobblestone pair of the cheapest, flimzy, pants ever. Not what I was expected. These look so cheap and looks like rayon material used to buy at the dime store. For the first time I can truly say I was very disappointed in the receipt of my order. I have been a customer with Blair for over 20 years. They are my go to company for all of my clothing.
Desired outcome: If I could I would return these but since I am 86 and tossed bag and all packing slips thats not possible

Terrible experience with Blair's credit card and customer service - would not recommend!
I purchased a couple of tops from Blair and was quite disappointed with my order. I decided to return the items and was expecting to receive a full refund without any issue. However, it has been quite a frustrating experience. It took a whole two weeks for the partial credit of $32.00 to appear on my credit card statement. To make things worse, I was charged $22.00 for an unknown reason and was threatened with a late fee if I didn't make the payment. I was not happy and felt pressured to pay this amount as it could be reported as bad debt. This experience has left me quite upset and dissatisfied with Blair's credit card and customer service.
I would not recommend anyone buy from Blair or try their credit card. The whole experience has been a complete hassle and the customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. It is a shame as I had high hopes for my purchase, but ended up being left feeling frustrated and annoyed. The whole process was a major inconvenience and I do not plan on ever purchasing from Blair again.

So, I went on Blair's website looking to purchase some new pants. I found a pair that I liked, but unfortunately, they ended up being too big. No problem, I thought, I'll just exchange them for a smaller size. But then I saw the return postage charge of $9.99. Seriously? I have to pay $9.99 just to exchange something? That's ridiculous.
I understand having a small re-stocking fee for a return, but charging for return postage is just poor Customer Service. It's not fair to the customer and it's not competitive with other online retailers. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at Blair again.
Next time, I'll do my due diligence and check the return policies of new online retailers before making a purchase. You never know when you might get ripped off with outrageous fees like this.
Horrendous Customer Service and Delayed Refunds: My Experience with Blair.com
So, I decided to try out Blair.com on 6/22/20, and I purchased an item that unfortunately ended up being not the right fit for me. I was looking forward to returning it and getting my refund, but I ran into a big problem. I could not access my online account to initiate the return process!
I called five times, emailing them a whopping fifteen times to try to iron out this problem, but to no avail. They outsource their customer service to India, so it was difficult for me to communicate and ensure that the issue was being handled correctly.
Frustrated by the lack of progress made, I decided to just return the item myself using the Blair-provided return label, which ended up costing me almost ten bucks! I mean, come on, Blair!
After filling out all of the necessary Blair forms to make sure my refund was processed, I've been waiting for them to receive my return for over a month now. They haven't even been able to confirm that they've received it yet!
As if that wasn't enough, they're telling me it'll take another 4-5 weeks after they finally receive it to even begin processing my refund. Seriously, how can companies like Blair.com stay afloat when they can't even provide basic customer service and speedy refunds?
All in all, I'm not impressed with my Blair.com experience and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future!

If you are considering shopping with Blair, I would strongly advise you to be wary and not take anything at face value. Disappointing experience with Blair's delivery service and customer support
Blair (blair.com) uses DHL as their delivery service. My recent order has been sitting at their distribution center since Friday Nov 13th 4:14am and today is already Wednesday 17th, and it's still not moving. This is unacceptable given that Blair's warehouse is only 4 hours away from my location!
I tried calling DHL for help, but I got lost in their tutorial, which provided a lot of codes to remember. Eventually, I called Blair's customer support, but they informed me that they couldn't do anything until the 14-day wait period expired. This decision made matters worse, and I ended up canceling my order.
I attempted to cancel my order, but Blair's customer service representative still followed their script of a 14-day waiting period before canceling the order. I decided to take it up with my credit card company, and they were fantastic in handling the situation, including the shipping fees, as I had not received anything.
In the end, Blair's inefficient delivery service and their resistance to help me as a customer left me much to be desired. Blair, you need to improve your customer service if you want to remain competitive because you left a bad taste in my mouth, and I have no intention of ordering from you again.
Blair Clothing Review: Low-Quality Products with Expensive Returns
Blair's clothing is a mixed bag. I ordered four items, all in size Petite Small, and was not impressed with the quality. Despite being excited to receive my products after waiting for about a week, I was quickly disappointed. Upon trying them on, I found that they were incredibly large, definitely not the Petite Small size I had ordered. This was a frustrating experience, and I was disappointed to discover that I would be charged a substantial fee of $9.99 to return the products.
To make matters worse, the envelope they arrived in was much too full and proved impossible to use for returns, so I had to buy another envelope at an additional cost of $3.99. By the time I was done, I had spent a total of $14.00 and kept none of the products. Frankly, this experience was both expensive and frustrating, and I found myself wishing I had not ordered from Blair in the first place.
Sadly, with so many other companies out there that offer free returns and better quality products, I cannot recommend Blair at this time. It simply isn't worth it to pay to return products that aren't worth the price. The quality was not up to par, and the high cost of returns makes Blair a less than ideal choice for shoppers.
Bathrobe from Blair/Customer Service
They used to be decent. Bathrobes were nice but I ordered one that was too small, exchanged for a larger one which was too big. Didn't realize that they charge $9.99 for each return. I returned the first bathrobe, never would have ordered the second bathrobe if I noted a charge for returns (look for very, very small print). I will never order from Blair again and just trying to show others how to avoid their return charges.
By the way, I called 6 times today. Couldn't get a live body for existing customer, had to call back and enter 1 for new customer. They don't want to hear from existing customers as they are all complaints but will take a new customer call since they probably have not yet had a bad experience so if you have to call for any reason, call as new customer!

I ordered a clearance item #B1A549 in black size 6 wide.
The shoes were incorrectly sized from the manufacturer. They are more like a size 5 medium. I called customer service and explained this. The woman instructed me to send the item back and they would be inspected. I emailed twice inquiring about a refund and was told the refund was being processed. Then yesterday I received the same pair of shoes in the mail with a note stating they are clearance and can't be returned for a refund.
This is a bad business practice on Blairs part. Selling items that are obviously poor in quality. I have worn the Easy Spirit brand for several years and always wear a 6 wide and that same size in all shoes. I believe this pair is a Knock-off and not the "Easy Spirit" brand.
I should not be stuck with a pair of shoes I can't wear because they are cheap knock-offs. Clearance or not! I have done almost all of my Christmas shopping with Blair and Haband.

In July 2022, my vehicle broke down and I took it to the mechanic. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the money for the repair of the car due to financial difficulties, and they said that if I closed my insurance, there would be difficulties in the future, so I applied for undergrand storage and made my payment every month. but the repair process took a long time because the engine was changed twice. On October 31st 2022 I had my vehicle in normal status from the company website and on Nowember 1 2022 I got my vehicle from mechanics. I made these transactions on the company's website, or rather I tried to do it, and I accidentally clicked the understorage option a few times and even though I got the transaction back on the same day, the system took this option into account and when the premium payments were calculated, they charged me an extra $1,143.95. Since my English is not enough and I have difficulty in talking on the phone because of my health problems, I tried to do the transactions on the website, but everything got mixed up. I stayed on the phone for about 3 hours today, but nothing could be resolved because I couldn't explain my problem with my insufficient English. Can someone who speaks Turkish persistently, or send me an email, I said please (I was going to use google translation), they said we can't do that either, and I'm in a very bad situation right now. I am a single mother, I receive ODSP assistance, I have health problems and financial difficulties, but no one understands me. My vehicle was left in the mechanic's parking lot from July to November. I've already had a lot of trouble since I've been without a car for months and now I'm faced with such a problem. Also, when I checked my payment information two days ago, the amount that was my regular monthly payment was shown. At the end of November, when there was not much time left, I suddenly got an e-mail and the world collapsed on me. How will I claim my right? Shouldn't these processes be so easy from the website? About two weeks ago, and again today, two pair of product had the elastic around leg portion completely separate from the nylon portion. Neither pair were worn more than once and washed once each separately. Product was not torn but clearly had extremely poor workmanship during assembly. Either replace with improved product or full refund of purchase price and shipping charges, if any. Prefer improved quality of product in lieu of refund. Will not pay to return if return is requested by blair.

Women's Tunic
Order [protected] - I placed an order on 2/4/22 for a woman's tunic. The item was backordered, however when I placed the order Blair was offering a sale and the price was $7.00 lower than the regular price. Today I received notice the order was canceled because my credit card was declined. BS - the card was never charged as no transaction was listed on the merchant's site. Blair canceled the order because they didn't want to honor the sale price. In addition, Blair doesn't typically charge you until the item is available.

I don't have any paperwork on my last order. I always receive tops in 2X that fit short sleeves and can wear a 1X. However, on my last order, I received 2 long sleeve tops that I ordered in a size 2X and the sleeves are too tight. I almost ordered a size 1X and the shirt would have been too little all over. I have ordered from you for many years and your clothes are my favorite for shopping online. I can't send them back because I discarded all paperwork on this order. I received the item I ordered yesterday. The item was a fleece jacket in size PXL. It was way too big. I have one at home the same size and it fits just fine. Why is your sizing not the same. A few years ago I ordered a long sleeve top that fit and subsequently ordered a different one in the same size. This second one was also too big. What gives?
I just mailed the jacket back to you and I am not happy with Blair at all.
