I called AT&T for my mother, to change her calling plan. She originally had Caller ID as part of her plan and it worked fine. After we
changed her calling plan, Caller ID wasn't working. But, Caller ID was part of her new plan. After numerous calls to AT&T and
almost 2 weeks later, they still have not corrected the problem. It only took a matter of seconds to turn off Caller ID, but they
can't seem to be able to figure out why it's not working now. Something is wrong. They should correct this now....

AT&T -TV-INTERNET-HOME PHONE -BUNDLE PACKAGE. I HAD LOOK AT MY AT&T .COM SERVICE'S PAGE ON MY ACCOUNT YESTERDAY and saw a new charge on my bill after paying my monthly charge of 210.00 a month three days ago . There it was a new charge of 420.39 for reconnection fee's to my surprise I could not believe this it was a shock to me after having AT&T SERVICE'S for almost 2 years now, they charge me 60.00 for each service -tv-internet-phone twice in 4 days which added up to 420.39, 180.00 X 2 within a 3 day period . All they did was send me a message over the tv scene saying I need to pay...

AT&T JBL wireless micro speaker was offered for $10, $50 off regular price, on 9/25/14. They received hundreds or thosands of orders containing peoples names, addresses and credit card information but then cancelled my order ob 10/6/14 claiming the item was not available. I believe they deliberately put items for sale at very low prices simply to gather personal information of customers and have no intention of actually delivering the item for sale....

I moved from Louisville, KY to West Palm Beach, FL about 3 months ago. I called to have my Uverse services transferred. I was told that I could not have Uverse at my new condo in Florida. They said I could have DSL. I asked them to cancel/transfer my account (basically whatever they needed to do to get internet at my new location). I did receive the new DSL service but they failed to cancel my services in Louisville, KY. I called back multiple times because I continued to receive a bill for Uverse. I talked to multiple people who told me it was taken care of yet I continued to receive a Uverse....

This is a new low even for AT&T. I used their online chat for support on questions for the much in demand iPhone 6. I was only asking a question but the representative just went and cancelled my phone order that I spent a lot of effort to place in early! He never bothered to confirm first before cancelling or to clarify what my question was. That wasn't bad enough but he didn't even address his mistake and dropped off the conversation, didn't bother to try to call me to followup. I ended up spending well over 1.5hrs waiting on the phone for 2 separate customer services with no resolution,...

I was floored and explained that I was trying to cut down on my existences and have been a customer for years. The reply " call back when you get the money" and hung up on me....

A service tech carrying several boxes from AT&T rang the buzzer for access to lobby. When I let him in and asked if I could help him, he said he was here to install some parts. I asked him if he had a contact name and he said Stephen Alexander (who is the IT manager located in our Kilgore, Texas facility). The tech was supposed to have contacted Stephen to set up an appointment. I asked the tech if he had contacted Stephen Alexander and he said “No” in a very sarcastic tone. I patiently explained our Visitor process to him...

AT&T sales people (I don't think they work for AT&T) all seem to be big liars. Last year a young gal told me she was checking my internet speed with her cell phone. I have a totally hard wired system and when she flashed me her phone she had one of those "check your internet speed" websites. I imagine the speed result she flashed me was her smart phone connection. Today a young Asian guy was telling me I'm so lucky because I live on this street where AT&T has installed fiber optic cable. I asked him which cable was new and he pointed up to a big black cable that has been there...

This is a letter I sent off when I returned AT&T's modem. I also sent a copy to the CEO's emai address (for all the good it will do.)

To the powers that be at ATT,

My wife, Diane and I have had a land line at the home we have lived in for better that 14 years. Early on our phone was directly with ATT. Later we were offered a bundled deal with Cox Communications that included cable TV, high speed internet and a home phone line that would keep our (xxx-xxx-9648) number. Other than having to rush to enter a phone number we had no problems with this bundle.

Forget having unlimited data if you go with AT&T. My internet was running slow so I called AT&T to find out why. After speaking with the three stooges I finally got to tech support. After an hour of the agent not being able to find out what was wrong she asks her boss for help and his response was "He has a four gig cap on the unlimited data plan." Thanks for being a loyal customer for more than 10 years though. AT&T CAN GO F*** THEMSELVES. It took me 35 minutes to load a 3 minute YouTube video....

My husband and I have received at least 20 solicitation phone calls from AT&T to our wireless phones in the past few days and I have called AT&T to tell them to stop sending these calls to our phones. I always get someone who doesnt speak English well and get nowhere. According to AT&T one can unlock a cell phone after being with them for 6 months. What they don't tell you is that if you attempt to unlock before what they figure to be 6 month and you try over 5 times, you are not able to unlock it for a year.
I have a pay as you go wit them. When I first started I was told it is better to use the automatic payment, which I did. What I wasn't told was it reloads every 30 days, not on the anniversary date. This makes a huge difference when one thinks of the 6 month date. Even though my payment for the 6th month was the 28th of a month, I was not...

AT&T consumers are asked to “Add or Change Services” online through “MyAT&T.” In November 2013, I removed the iPad data plan to save $50 each month. I decided that instead of paying for TWO data plans (for an iPhone and an iPad), I would retain only one for my iPhone. I would then “add” a HOTSPOT service which I could use with my iPad. This would reduce my costs. By removing the iPad

In August I received an email offering a $25 Restaurant.com gift certificate for signing up with paperless billing with AT&T. Have not received and can't find how to get it. This is now 4 months later!!

I have tried to obtain service from AT&T...their demands are that I call them and if I had a phone...I would do that. An alternative is for me to visit their office about 6 miles away...and that is a long walk in the cold weather here.. Posted is a transcript of my online( yes I have online services, which makes this whole thing mystifying even to me) Live chat with them. All I really want is phone service, no grief.

I tried to order phone and DSL bundle via online AT&T website. The ticket was created but I received an email stating that DSL wasn't available. Over the course of the next THREE MONTHS, I made a series of phone calls and/or online order placements and kept being told that it was not available BUT...it was probably because I hadn't had the copper run to the house yet because it was new construction. I said ok, run the copper. Every time I talked to somebody a ticket was created and subsequently kicked out. Somehow, finally, a ticket was created and I was told that even though it was kicked...

Husband was working for company in Michigan 7 mos ago. Contract closed sent home, took pay cut struggled with phone bill. Yet we've always paid large bills sometimes carry overs bills. We have five lines, husband and three (kids) students, two away at college. The account is in my name and I've been with them for four years. Kicker is we were calling to pay this total bill that has since jumped from 1400, to 1700. A week ago, oh what number they've been reassigned and although you're a loyal customer. Can't find you're account cause you don't matter....
