Placed an order through Amazon .com and was offered free shipping for signing up for free trial of free shipping. I rarely order anything from Amazon so I cancelled free trial within 2 weeks. So today I look at my online statement and see they have deducted 106.00 from my bank account. After extensive search online found a 1800 number. A foreign operator states he will cancel membership but it will take 3 business days. Thieves they are !!!...

As you may already have known Amazon.com allows 3d party sales on their website. We've been running a successful business, IGEX Electronics offering electronics (dahh) office products and video games (used and new).
We are based out of Sandy UT, been in business for 4 years, 3 years selling on Amazon. The business consists of 8 employees.

All of our lives were affected and thrown in demise on May 12th when Amazon suddenly suspended our account and revoked our selling privileged.

What led up to the suspension is a single authenticity complaint of a PS2 game...

In June 2013 I purchased a new Seiko watch from Amazon.com. The order was filled by a company named Crystal Gems and it arrived with a standard one year warranty. The watch stopped working during the warranty period so I shipped it to Seiko with the warranty card and a copy of my Amazon invoice. Seiko researched Crystal Gems and determined they are not an authorized Seiko reseller; the warranty they supplied is useless. My only options are to pay for repairs or buy a new watch. I was researching some items to purchase, when my antivirus and malware alarms went off on my almost new computer. After looking into why, I was told the supposedly safe site I was on was infected with "malicious software", and to close internet immediately to avoid damage to my hard drive and fix the issues. Suprise! I closed the browser down, and was involved in fixing the issues, when all of a sudden their website (with the green "secure" check intact) all of a sudden opened itself back up and then started opening tabs to blank pages. I ordered one firepit from Amazon.com on line. They used my accumulated points to pay for the large order. I checked it several times. This weekend two large and heavy boxes were dropped on my doorstep without any notification. It was obvious that one was a duplicate order of the original item. I have not touched the box or moved it. Now Amazon is saying I must have ordered two by error.

I worked for Zappos.com for 6 years and from what I experienced "Amazon" (which Amazon owns Zappos now) would not recognize my experience or most of my coworker because of our AGE. We trained the new young employees and they moved up quick but not us. Some that did, were pushed out and demoted for no reasons. I will boycott Zappos.com and Amazon for the rest of my life....

I bought this as a Christmas present for my fiance who likes modern furniture. I received the item and upon unpacking it, it seemed as though it had already been unpacked. The box was tattered and the packing tape had been retaped. Once I opened the product, I inspected it and found the underside fabric was torn where there was a piece of the wood frame supporting the center. I purchased an item 2 weeks ago, 9 days later the price goes down so I contacted them to request an adjustment, they refused. The only recourse I had was to unwrap the Christmas presents, repackage them and return them for a refund. Then I could repurchase the exact items at the lower price, less the shipping cost of returning them of course. They would also take 2-3 weeks to process the refund, tying up my $640 during the Christmas season. This is regarding Order #103-1917860-8598604.

Hi, I have ordered a brand new Xbox 360 from Amazon.com, but Amazon has purposefully sent a used Xbox with brand new packaging intentionally and cheating the customers.
I came to know this when i contacted Microsoft and provided my serial Number. I was shocked to notice that the product is atleast a year old.

This was packed in such a way that it looks like brand new and i think this is the way Amazon cheat customers.

I would like a suitable compensation for this intentional fraud...

After purchasing items from Amazon.com there was a charge on our credit card bill that listed Amazon.com/ Bill WA. Two days later someone made a $500 purchase with that same credit card at an Office Max in Washington state. We don't live in Washington but I suspect who ever processed our Amazon.com purchase also stole our credit card information and made a purchase with our credit card. Is there a billing center in Washington State that processes Amazon.com purchases? There seems to be some thiefs among their staff!!!...

I had purchased from them for the last 12 years and had no problem. However, I recently bought an electronic item and needed it returned. Amazon sided with the seller. The seller agreed to the return, e-mailed me that it received the item back and refused to refund money. Amazon knew this, had Post Office Delivery proof, and only sent protected e-mails to the seller. When this didn't work, Amazon refused to help me.

On my own I had to find out Sellers address and phone number and contact them. They claimed I wasn't in their system at all and never heard of the company that...

Do not do business with Amazon.com. Once they have your credit card info they will debit your account anytime they want, then tell you afterward. It's the same as if they had come into my home and took money right out of my wallet just because they wanted it.

A relative of mine self-published using one of Amazon's companies, CreateSpace, One of the first reviews the book received consisted of lengthy, incoherent libel toward the author, which the Amazon.com Community Team approved. The review consisted of several false allegations of crimes committed by the author and his family. The allegations were wholly irrelevant to the book itself.

I had a seller account with Amazon.com. Suddenly they decided to shut my seller account down with no explanation of why or how to remedy anything I may have done wrong. The worst part is that they kept my money which I earned by selling through my online account. They don't answer you they just keep sending you into their circle jerk. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to sell products online to never use amazon to do so. You will be sorry if you do.
