withdrawals from my banking account without authorization

I called this company and requested that this so called membership be terminated and that I did not want their product. I sent it back and was refunded for the tea. Now I see that I am being charged 19.95 each month. For what? I do not want this product or membership....

Did not order and unauthorized charge to credit card!

I only order the free sample and now have received a 60 day supply of the hoodia complex. What do I need to do to stop this and have my credit card not be charged....
