My husband has been playing Bingo Blitz for over a year, There has been $152.04 taken from his card that he did not agree to. This has put him with a minus on his card. It would be nice if you could refund his money to his account. On TV it advertises that the game is free to play, but I guess Drew is wrong. Here is when it all started 3-7-2023 up until 4-4-2024

There was a purchase made on my card that I didn't make and been trying to get in touch with someone but phone numbers not working. I no longer even play this game anymore. Yall can take people money but we can't even call yall because the number is disconnected

I'm not even sure I think it's Bingo Blitz according to Google but I don't even have that game. I was charged $16.04 for services that come up on my card as a utility payment that I've never even had.

I want my money back. Please refund the whole amount and I would appreciate a response and a timely manner.

The card they charged ended in 2239 I was just charged today at 2:20 p.m.. my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. I also Idouble checked with Google and they said that it did not come off my Google pay account. My bank is Choice Financial Bank and I was charged on my current debit card the number provided above.

They are charging $14.99 multiple times a day to my paypal card that was stolen in January. The charges keep getting declined because I reported the card stolen. They keep trying couple times a day for over a week now. They should not be able to do that. Especially if they claim their business is closed. Seems ti me they are still operating under false pretenses frauding people out of money. They should not be allowed online at all.

I have been charged 16.49 a month since May 16th. That is 98.44 and I have not ordered anything and expect my refund back to my account within 7 business days. I have had a kidney transplant and can barely afford my medicine much less some charge like this to my account every month. This is wrong on evry level to do people like this. Requesting a refund for all tranactions that u keep removing from my account..for now 7 mpnths in a row ive been reqiesting refunds as u keep removing $21.86/month x7 months now $153.02 is the total of UNAUTHORIZED transactions in my account and when i seem the first transaction happen in my account i tried to reach out to custoemr services and it still co tinued and still again has come.out of my acciunt Please return all fraudulent charges on my account that u continue to make on my account and felete me off of any list u have tme on to be removing money from my account i dont nor have i ever olayed this game let alone any games on my phone ...pleaee return my funds as i cant afford to just be out of these funds im requestjn my funds be reinbursex in the total amount u have removed $153.02 cad

I have been charged thousands of dollars by this company in one month period. Unauthorized charges, several times a day. When I brought it to their customer service department. They asked for dates and costs. I provided the details. I was advised to seek professional medical help. As it could be a medical issue on why, my child is charging this game. I asked for my account to be deleted or locked. I froze my credit card and was advised nothing can be done. Even though these were not authorized purchases with my card. One click approval on a game. My account is still active, not locked out deleted.

I have not played bingo blitz in months. I stopped because unless you purchase options in the game you can not progress. I made made a couple of 1 time purchases but never played for money or set up a gambling account. I found an unauthorized charge for $16 on my account today, August 20. I tried the phone number for Buffalo studios I found online but it is disconnected. I do not know what to add that would not include my bank information. I just want my money back and for this to not continue

I did not authorize any money being charged from my account to Google Buffalo aka Bingo Blitz. All the money for how ever long this has been going on please refund me my entire money's back into my account. In the meantime I will be logging out of that game this is against the law. Please return me my money all of it. Every month 14.99 has been charged to my account and it just happened again today 08/05/2023.

This is now 8 months in a row that u have rem9ved funds fr.my account and havemt answred nor returned any of my funds like i have requested u do ...it is now gettimg into the hundreds of dollars that u have rem9ved from my account... im a cancer patient who needs all her funds that i recieve as i dodnt sign up for anything from ur company ever .. my funds are needed for transportation and chemotherapy treatments and yet u still havent returned them at all .. its quite upsetting ...please return all the money u have been removing from my account for the last 8 months which i can provide refrence of via statements from accoumt showing all that u have removed ..PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE

Ive been having a reoccurring charges happening on my account i havent.authorizwd anyone to remove money from my account ...i would appreciate the refund happening as im a cancer paitent and cant be having these charges on my bank account ..expecially simce they have never beem authorized ... ive been charged 35$usd plus 12.95 usd each month for now 7 months ...ive tried to contact my banking institution and they said i need to get in touch with someone from the company and i havent had any luck with that either

I Have been charged $16.23 several times in my account from Buffalo Studios, Mountain View California.. This sucks and it's crazy I was about to pay for my kids dinner.. and they just took it.. I need my money refunded..You guys Need To stop ripping people off... This was done on the internet without my permission..

Starting July 14, 2022 I've been charged $15.89 a month for playing bingo blitz, I never knew there was a charge I've since Uninstaller the game but still being charged. Can I please get some help with this, it has caused my account to be overdrawn. July 14, 2022, August 14,2022, September 14,2022, October 14,2022,November 14,2022 and December 14,2022 are the dates I've been charged.

I was charged $14.99 for a subscription to this game on the 9th of December. I did not authorize this and need a refund. I don't even have the game on any of my devices. I have played in the past but didn't like the game and definitely would not have bought a subscription. My name is Ann Marie Ezzo. I am filing a fraudulent complaint for reoccurring charges from Google Buffalo Studios. On 10/19/2022 when I attempted to purchase pizza for a birthday party and I was denied because I had a lack of funds. I then advised my bank to please help me to find out why I didn't have the fund's. Unfortunately I never heard back. I then investigated on my own. What I found was disturbing. Starting 9/19/2022 I got charged as follows.

I have a Bingo Blitz account and have been playing for a while now. In either August or September of this year 2022 I have subscribed to gett more coins by paying the $15 subscription. I have been trying to unsubscribe from this for a while and I can't seem to get it done. But every month I keep getting charged. Please remove my card details and unsubsribe me. Please unsubscribe me and remove my card from Playtica and google buffalo studies and from Bingo Blitz please. I would like to have it done now and would also like a refund ASAP

I just saw a charge on my account for 16.04 for Buffalo Studios 100522. I do have this game but don't play it, and have never authorized any payments for this game. I would like a refund made to my account. This transaction was made on October 05, 2022. I am very upset that this company made a charge without my permission. This needs to be fixed, I am also talking to my bank to get fixed also.

On Sept 5, 2022, 3:09pm pst, I checked my bank account and saw a charge for $16.30 under Buffalo Studios. It was started and completed today, 9.5.22. When I called the number along with it it was Google. I didn't even know who Buffalo Studios was until I looked them up a moment ago. Yes I have played Bingo Blitz but not in over a month and I also don't purchase items for that game. So I'm not sure why or how they charged me. I am also getting a hold of Google to dispute.
